To help maintain a safe and trustworthy environment, Nas.io has implemented systems that automatically restricts communities that may potentially go against our terms of service. If your community is restricted, it doesn’t necessarily mean there’s a violation — it simply means we need a bit more information. Completing the verification process allows our team to review your community more thoroughly and ensure everything aligns with our platform guidelines.
What happens if my community gets restricted?
When your community gets restricted, you're not allowed to receive payments from your members. You will receive a verification banner when you log in to your portal and you are required to complete a form.
Click the "Verify Now" button and you will be redirected to fill out a form.
Nas.io Identity Verification Form
Each community requires its own verification entry. If you have multiple restricted communities, please submit a separate verification form for each one.
The following details must be accomplished and submitted accurately.
Community Link
This is already pre-filled when you click the form so you don't have to change it. In any case your link wasn't pre-filled, copy it from your portal by going to your community Settings > Business Page > Business Page URL.
Email address
This is also pre-filled when you click the form so you don't have to change it. Please make sure that the email address is the same email associated with your Nas.io account.
LinkedIn profile
This will increase your chances of getting verified. To get your profile link, click on your profile picture. Copy the URL from the address bar — it usually looks like:
https://www.linkedin.com/in/yourname/
.
Social media links
Attach any social media links that will support the legitimacy of your services. It may be your Facebook page, Instagram, Tiktok, X, etc. If your business has no social media accounts, attach the link of your Facebook or Instagram profiles.
Valid national ID
Kindly note that ID uploads can only be done using your mobile device. Ensure the photo is clear and that all details are easily readable.
Selfie holding a valid ID
Including a selfie with your ID can help increase your chances of getting verified. Please make sure both your selfie and ID are clear and easy to read in the photo.
Bank statements with legal name and address
We only accept bank statements of the community manager. If what you submitted is not yours, you will be automatically rejected. Screenshots of a transaction, your digital bank information, or anything other than your bank statement will decrease your chances of getting approved.
Nature of your Community Business
Explain what is your community about, the products/services you will offer to your members, and your plans in growing your community. No proper explanation will decrease your chances of getting approved.
Website
Please only input your website if you have. If you don't have any, please leave it blank.
Only one verification form should be submitted per community. Multiple submissions for the same community may lead to automatic rejection of your request.
What happens after I submitted the form?
Your responses will be reviewed and evaluated within 3–5 business days, which is the standard processing time.
After your responses are reviewed, your community may be approved, rejected, or our Risk and Compliance team may contact you for additional clarification.
APPROVED - if the verification banner no longer appears when you log into your portal, it means your community has been approved. You can now start receiving payments from your members.
REJECTED - if your community is not approved, you will receive a separate email from Nas.io with the outcome. Please note that the decision is final and cannot be reversed. Common reasons for rejection include, but are not limited to:
failed to meet compliance criteria
incomplete information
inconsistency with the documents
violation in community guidelines
unclear community and product descriptions.
FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS - in rare cases, Nas.io’s Risk and Compliance team may contact you for further clarification regarding your community and products. To help avoid delays in your evaluation, we encourage you to provide all necessary information upfront.
