To maintain a safe and compliant platform, Nas.io requires business owners to complete identity verification before accessing payouts.
Verification is completed directly inside your Nas.io Portal.
Where do I complete verification?
If verification is required, you will see a prompt in your portal.
Go to:
Settings → My Nas Page
From there, you can submit your information and monitor your verification progress.
What happens during verification?
After you submit your details, our Finance & Risk team will review them.
Reviews are typically completed within 2 business days.
While under review, your status will show as Pending.
How to check your verification status
Go to:
Settings → My Nas Page
On the top-right corner, you’ll see one of the following:
Pending – your submission is under review
Verified – you are approved
Rejected – changes are required before approval
If your status is Rejected
Don’t worry — you can submit again.
Open the same section in My Nas Page, review the feedback, correct the information, and resubmit.
Your application will return to Pending while the team reassesses it.
Tip: Small mismatches (name spelling, document clarity, missing info) are the most common reasons for rejection.
Can I edit after I am verified?
Once approved, editing is no longer available in the portal.
If you need to update details, please contact Support so the request can be reviewed by the Finance team.
What happens if I don’t complete verification?
Verification is required to unlock and maintain payout capabilities.
Until it is completed, some financial features may remain restricted.
Important reminders
All submissions must happen inside your Nas.io Portal.
We cannot accept documents by email.
Support cannot approve or speed up reviews.
Approval outcomes are determined by the Finance & Risk team.
