Community managers who begin earning on Nas.io may be required to fulfill additional requirements set by the Risk and Compliance team before the payout can be released.
Note: This is different from the Initial Verification form (attached in the "Verify Now" button). If you have answered and passed the initial verification, you can still be required to answer this form. Remember, this is for releasing payouts.
You will be contacted through the email address connected to your community if you are required to complete payout verification.
Please expect a delay in your payout if your community is required to submit Payout Verification. Once your community is cleared, processing may take longer than usual, depending on the evaluation process and how promptly we receive the necessary information from you.
Why is completing the Payout Verification form required before receiving my payout?
It means we require additional information to ensure it meets the criteria for payout. Your community may be under review due to the following:
flagged by the system for possible violation in community guidelines
paid empty products
unclear community and product descriptions
paid community but no connected chat; no published products, challenges, or events; no latest update in Feed
pricing is too high but not justifiable with the products/services published
uses Nas.io as a payment gateway only
transactions made in the community are flagged by Compliance team

Copy the link from your portal by going to your community Settings > Business Page > Business Page URL.
Email Address
Ensure that the email address you input in the form is the same as what you used to create the community
Country
Enter the country of your citizenship or where you are originally from. If you're from Venezuela, you will be prompted to a disclaimer regarding your bank details.
Residential Address
Please provide your full current residential address, including street name and number, city or town, state or province (if applicable), postal/ZIP code, and country. This will also be used for validation once you're eligible for payout.
Social media links
Attach any social media links that will support the legitimacy of your services or verify your identity. It may be your Facebook page, Instagram, Tiktok, X, etc. If your business has no social media accounts, attach the link of your Facebook or Instagram profiles.
ID Type
Select the type of government-issued ID you are submitting.
Valid National ID/Passport
Ensure the photo is clear and that all details are easily readable.

Please provide documentation that confirms you own the content, product, or material you are selling, or that you have the legal rights and permission to distribute it. This may include licenses, written consent, purchase receipts, or original creation files. All details must be visible.
Rationale Behind Pricing and Fees
Explain how you determined your pricing, including what members receive, the value provided, and any factors that influenced your chosen rates.

Share any links to your official website, portfolio, or member testimonials that help verify your services and demonstrate the value you provide.
What should I expect after submitting the form?
Your responses will be reviewed and evaluated within 2–3 business days, and you will receive the results via email.
If you're cleared for payout, processing times will depend on the date of your approval.
However, if your community does not meet compliance requirements, your payouts will not be processed and further investigation may be needed.

Note: If we do not receive a form submission, your community will be restricted and you will not be able to accept payments from your members. Once your community has been cleared for payout, the restriction will be lifted.

Our team conducts a detailed investigation into your community’s activities. During this review, we identified probable cause that the earnings should be returned to your members, based on indicators of violations and patterns that were also flagged by our payment partners.
When these types of concerns arise, we are required to prioritize member protection and uphold the standards set by our payment partners. As a result, we are complied to refund all affected payments back to the members.

While we understand that you already provided the services/products to your members, however, if the final decision is to refund your earnings, it is the necessary step to uphold transparency, protect the integrity of the platform, and comply with legal and financial standards.
Nas.io operates in partnership with banks and gateway partners who are obligated to flag transactions that appear suspicious or fall outside of regulatory guidelines. When this happens, especially when there are violations of Nas.io policies, we are required to take action, such as issuing refunds, to protect all parties involved.
As a workaround to receive the payments for the services you delivered, we highly suggest that you communicate with your members directly and discuss alternate way of paying you outside the platform.
