Nas.io Risk Review Submission

Updated today

Community managers who begin earning on Nas.io may be required to fulfill additional requirements set by the Risk and Compliance team.

In most cases, our team will reach out before processing any payouts. If you receive an email requesting you to complete the Risk Review form, please ensure it’s submitted within 48 hours. This allows your community to be evaluated and potentially cleared for payout.

If you're required to complete the Risk Review form, please expect a delay in your payout. Once your community is cleared for payout, processing may take longer than usual, potentially up to 10–14 business days or more, depending on the evaluation process and how promptly we receive the necessary information from you.

Why is completing the Risk Review form required before receiving my payout?

If you're asked via email to complete the Risk Review form, it means your community is currently under review, and we require additional information to ensure it meets the criteria for payout.

Your community may be under review due to the following:

  • published paid folders but no content inside

  • unclear community and product descriptions

  • flagged by the system violating community guidelines

  • paid community but no connected chat; no published products, challenges, or events; no latest update in Feed

  • pricing is too high but not justifiable with the products published

  • uses Nas.io as a payment gateway only

  • transactions made in the community are flagged by Risk team

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What happens when I receive an email asking me to accomplish a Risk Review form?

It means that your community is currently under review and our team needs more information about your community and products. As a result, your community payout is put on hold and may not be processed as usual.

If we do not receive a response from you, your community will be restricted and you will not be able to accept payments from your members.

Once your community has been cleared for payout, the restriction will be lifted.

I didn't receive my payout within the usual processing time. What happened?

Please check your email as you may have received a notification from Nas.io regarding your payout status. It is possible that your community is under review, and you're required to fill our the Risk Review form.

Is it possible that I will be required to submit the Risk Review form again next month?

Yes, your community may still get under review next month or the following months. When this happens, you are required to complete the form again for a new evaluation process. Your previous entry and result may or may not affect your new case, depending on its nature.

Can I still appeal to not refund my payout?

Decisions regarding your community are final. If your payout was rejected, it is likely due to a clear violation of our community guidelines. In some cases, banks or payment partners also flag transactions within your community as suspicious or potentially fraudulent, which can impact payout processing.

Why do you have to refund my earnings when I got rejected?

At Nas.io, maintaining a secure and trustworthy platform is our top priority. Processing refunds to members is an important step when a clear community violation is identified. It ensures fairness and protects our users. We want to emphasize that Nas.io does not keep or claim ownership of the transactions made within your community as the funds rightfully belong to the members, and returning them is the responsible and fair approach.

I already delivered the services/products to members, why do you have to refund my earnings?

While we understand that you already provided the services/products to your members, refunds are necessary if there’s a clear violation of our guidelines to uphold transparency, protect the integrity of the platform, and comply with legal and financial standards.

Nas.io operates in partnership with banks and gateway partners who are obligated to flag transactions that appear suspicious or fall outside of regulatory guidelines. When this happens, especially when there are violations of Nas.io policies, we are required to take action, such as issuing refunds, to protect all parties involved.

As a workaround to receive the payments for the services you delivered, we highly suggest that you communicate with your members directly and discuss alternate way of paying.

Where can I send a follow up regarding my payout status?

Feel free to reach out on help@nas.io and mention that you're following up your payout for the month.
