Navigating Your Business Dashboard (Mobile App)

We recently refreshed the Nas.io mobile app layout to make running your business from your phone faster.
While the Web Dashboard is your "Command Center" for heavy building, the Mobile App is your "Field Tool" for tracking, engaging, and quick management.

🔄 Switching Businesses & Views
Located at the very top of your screen.
Switch Business: Tap your Community Logo (top left) to toggle between different communities you own or manage.
Refer & Earn: Tap the icon to invite other business owners and earn passive income.
View as Member: Tap this to instantly see what your community looks like to a regular member. Use this to check your feed or product visibility.
🏠 Home: Your Pocket Dashboard
The first tab on the bottom bar. This is your daily check-in.
Quick Stats: See your revenue, member growth, and page views at a glance.
Action Items: See urgent notifications or tasks that need attention.
📦 Products: Managing on the Go
The second tab. Manage what you sell.
View & Manage: You can view details for Challenges, Events, Courses, Digital Files, and 1:1 Sessions.
⚠️ Important Note: The mobile app is optimized for Tracking, not Building.
You can create: Challenges and Events.
You must use Desktop to create: Courses, Digital Files, and 1:1 Sessions.
🤖 AI Cofounder: Ideas Anywhere
The middle tab. Your intelligent business partner is now in your pocket.
Ideation: Stuck in traffic? Use this to brainstorm new challenge ideas or marketing angles.
Guidance: Ask for advice on how to handle a member issue or grow your revenue.
💰 Money: Track Your Earnings
The fourth tab. Keep a pulse on your financials.
Earnings: Visual graphs of your daily/monthly revenue.
Transactions: A real-time log of who bought what. Great for verifying a sale if a member messages you.
Zero Links: Instantly generate a payment link to sell something on the fly (e.g., while networking).
Payouts & Fees: Track when your money is hitting your bank account.
🛠️ The "Manage" Tab (Everything Else)
The final tab (bottom right) acts as your "Menu." It houses three major sections:
1. Community
Feed: Post updates, photos, or polls to your members from your phone.
Members: View your member list.
Messages: Reply to DMs immediately. Speed matters in sales!
2. Marketing
Magic Reach: Send emails or WhatsApp blasts.
Magic Ads: Turn a product into a Facebook/Instagram ad directly from your phone.
Discounts: Create flash sale codes on the go.
3. Settings & More
Analytics: Deep dive into traffic sources.
Affiliates: Manage your member referral program.
Business Page: Edit your brand name or logo.
Pixel: Manage your tracking pixels.
Note: Detailed pixel setup is best done on Desktop.
Profile: Manage your personal account, language settings, or logout.
