Business Settings on Nas.io
This allow you to personalize your community page, control how members join, connect chat platforms, manage notifications, and track your performance on Nas.io. If you're looking for the mobile app navigation guide, you can find it here.
How to Access Your Business Settings
To get started with customizing your community on Nas.io, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Log in to your Nas.io Dashboard.
2️⃣ Click “Settings” on the right side of your screen.
You will see all the customization options available for your community.
What You Can Customize Inside Settings
1️⃣ Business Page (Your Public Community Page)
This section allows you to control how your community is displayed to the public. You can edit:
Cover Photo:
Upload a custom image or use Nas.io’s gallery to choose a professional and eye-catching cover photo.
Limitation:
Images: 16:9 aspect ratio, 5MB max. Up to 10 images only.
Videos: Up to 3 min, 100MB max.
Logo:
Add your community logo to help establish your brand identity.
Recommended size: 240x240 (1:1)
Business Name:
Choose a name for your public community that reflects the mission and values of your business.
Limitation: Up to 50 characters only
Created By:
Select the name of the creator from the admins of your community that will be displayed on your business page, adding a personal touch.
Description:
Provide a short description of your community to tell visitors what it offers and what value they’ll get from joining.
Business Page URL:
Customize the public link of your business page to make it easier to remember and share with others.
Quick Sign-Up Page:
Toggle this option ON or OFF to control the landing page experience. When ON, users will be able to sign up quickly without navigating through other parts of the site.
2️⃣ Member Access
This is where you control how people join and interact with your community. You can configure:
✅ Free or Paid Access:
Choose whether your community is accessible for free or if it requires a paid membership. For paid memberships, you can create discount codes or offer free trials to encourage sign-ups.
✅ Welcome Email:
Customize the welcome message that new members will receive upon joining. Make it personal and informative to set the tone for the community experience. (Only available for Pro or Platinum users)
✅ Collect Additional Information:
Add sign-up questions to gather more details from new members (e.g., "What’s your goal in this community?" or "What interests you the most?"). This helps tailor the experience and connect with your members better.
✅ Require Approval:
Toggle ON to manually approve new members before they can access the community. This is ideal if you want to control who enters your community.
✅ Embed Sign-Up Widget:
Generate an embed code to add the sign-up form to your website, making it easy for visitors to join your community without leaving your site. (Only available for Pro or Platinum users)
3️⃣ Chat
Connect your community to various chat platforms to improve member interaction and communication. You can integrate the following platforms via Desktop:
Discord
Telegram
Facebook Group
WhatsApp
Slack
LinkedIn
LINE
✅ Members can join the linked chat group directly from your community page.
⚠️ Note: You can only connect one chat group per community at a time. This helps keep communication streamlined within your community.
4️⃣ Email Preferences
Control the notifications you receive as a business manager to stay updated on important actions. Toggle ON or OFF the following email notifications:
New member joins
Member leaves
Daily membership summary
New challenge participant
New affiliate joins
Adjust these settings based on what’s most relevant for you, ensuring you stay informed without getting overwhelmed by unnecessary notifications.
5️⃣ Pixel Tracking
Track the performance of your community page and measure conversions. By adding the following pixel tracking tools, you can gather valuable data on user behavior:
Meta Pixel ID
Google Analytics (GA4) Measurement ID
TikTok Pixel ID
X (Twitter) Pixel ID

⚠️ Pixel tracking is available for Pro and Platinum plans. This feature enables you to track specific events like page views, purchases, and member sign-ups, giving you deeper insights into how your community is performing.
Events Tracked:
✅ Page Views: Tracked on your business home page, product sales pages, and checkout pages.
✅ Purchase Events: Triggered when a payment is completed for:
Paid memberships
Paid events
Paid challenges
Paid courses/digital files
Paid 1:1 sessions
✅ Subscribe Events: Triggered when a member joins your free community.
6️⃣ Plans & Billing
In this section, you can:
✅ View your current Nas.io plan: Basic (Free), Pro, or Platinum.
✅ See plan benefits and included features.
✅ Upgrade your plan if needed. You can also compare plans to decide what’s best for your business based on features and pricing.
