Generating Invoices on Nas.io

As a community manager or business creator, you are responsible for generating invoices for your members when requested. If a purchaser of your product on Nas.io asks for an invoice, you can easily create and send one directly from your dashboard.


What is Invoice?

  • Created and sent on demand by you, the business creator.

  • Serves as a billing or payment request document for your community members/customers.

  • Commonly used for reimbursement, accounting, or legal purposes.

  • Includes details such as: business name, tax ID, address, line items, totals, and tax amounts.


What Products Can I Invoice?

You can generate invoices for all paid transactions on Nas.io, including:

  • Memberships

  • 1:1 Sessions

  • Events

  • Challenges

  • Digital Products

  • Zero Links


How to Generate an Invoice in your Dashboard

  1. Go to your Nas.io Dashboard > Money > Transactions tab.

  2. Select the relevant transaction and click Generate Invoice.

  3. Enter the purchaser’s details (e.g., tax ID, tax amount, address).

  4. You can either click Download Invoice or Send Invoice to deliver the invoice by email.


Helpful Tips

  • You can edit and resend an invoice at any time.

  • Once generated, the invoice details will be saved and prefilled for faster edits later.

  • When exporting invoices, any applicable tax amounts will appear—helping you calculate total tax more easily depending on the % you set.


FAQs

Can I customize the invoice design?

The invoice format is standardized with Nas.io branding. However, you can still update the following fields:

  • Tax ID

  • VAT %

  • Your business address

  • Purchaser’s information

Can buyers download invoices themselves?

No. Invoices must be sent or shared by you, the business creator/product provider.

Can I resend or edit an invoice later?

Yes, you can regenerate and resend invoices as many times as needed.
