Welcome to the AI School for Entrepreneurs (“AI School”) formerly Nas Academy, operated by Nas Education Pte. Ltd. By enrolling or subscribing, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to ensure a smooth and reliable learning experience for all participants.
Enrollment & Eligibility
Upon enrollment, students must provide accurate information when signing up. Students are also asked to acknowledge enrollment terms upon enrollment. Participants must be at least 16 years old. If you are younger than 16, we will require verified parental or guardian consent before allowing you to join.
Subscription & Access
AI School operates on a subscription model (monthly, semi-annual, or annual subscription). Your subscription provides access to live sessions, replays, community spaces, events, and tools listed on the website.
Part of a student's paid subscription to AI School is a free Nas.io Pro account. Your access remains active as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, you will retain access only until the end of your current billing cycle.
Payments
Subscription fees are charged automatically based on the plan you select. Some sessions or tools may require additional third-party software or products, which are your responsibility to purchase separately if needed.
If a payment fails or becomes overdue, your access to AI School may be suspended until the issue is resolved. Any currency conversion or bank processing fees are handled by your financial institution and are not covered by Nas Academy.
Refund Policy
For the AI School for Entrepreneurs, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If something unexpected comes up that affects your participation, please email aischool@nas.io — we’re here to support you and explore available options.
AI school members may cancel anytime, with full access continuing until the end of their current billing cycle.
Use of Content and Recordings
Participation in AI School may involve creating or sharing text, audio, or video content. By joining, you grant AI School (formerly Nas Academy) permission to use these materials for educational and community purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
You may not record, copy, or distribute the content or contributions of other participants without their explicit consent. Any form of offensive, harmful, or illegal material is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All session materials, replays, resources, and related content are owned by AI School for Entrepreneurs (formerly Nas Academy). These materials are provided for your personal learning and may not be copied, shared, sold, or redistributed outside the program. Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in removal from the program.
Community Conduct
AI School is a collaborative and supportive environment. Participants are expected to treat others with respect, avoid harassment or hate speech, keep shared information confidential, and refrain from spamming or promoting products and services without permission.
We reserve the right to restrict or remove access for anyone who violates community guidelines.
Program Delivery
Sessions may be conducted by AI School for Entrepreneurs (formerly Nas Academy) or by approved partners. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a device capable of accessing online sessions and materials. AI School is not responsible for interruptions caused by external service providers or technical issues outside our control.
No Guarantees
AI School does not guarantee business outcomes, income, employment opportunities, or official accreditation. All results depend on your individual effort, choices, and circumstances. Decisions you make based on the program are your responsibility.
