Q: Do I need a product before using this onboarding flow?

No. You can still continue the setup flow even if you skip entering a product or business idea.

Q: Can I skip the “What do you want to sell?” step?

Yes. Click Start now without entering anything, then select Skip on the next page to continue the setup.

Q: What type of photo should I upload?

If you’re selling a physical product, upload a product photo. If you’re offering a service or digital product, you can upload a photo of yourself or your brand.

Q: Why does the onboarding experience look personalized?

Nas.com uses the information you enter to generate personalized business suggestions, branding previews, and recommended setup options.

Q: Is there a free trial for Nas.com Pro or Platinum?

No. Nas.com Pro and Platinum plans do not currently include a free trial. You need to select a plan, choose a billing cycle, and complete checkout.

Note: This is different from a membership free trial offered by a Business Owner. Membership free trials are promotions that Business Owners can offer to members joining their business.

Q: Will my business be fully ready immediately?

Your business setup will be generated automatically, but you can still customize your branding, products, links, and settings anytime later.

Q: Do I need to add social links?

Yes. At least one social link is required before completing setup.

Q: Can I edit my business after onboarding?

Yes. You can update your business details, branding, social links, products, and settings anytime from your dashboard.
