Access Your Community Manager Portal:
Log in to your Nas.io account.
Navigate to your community's dashboard.
Go to Settings:
In the dashboard menu, click on the Settings tab.
Locate the Public Page Section:
Within Settings, select the Public Page tab.
Update Your Public URL:
Find the Public URL field.
Enter your desired URL in this field.
Ensure the URL reflects your community's name or purpose for easy recognition.
Save Your Changes:
After entering the new URL, save your changes to update your Public Page URL.
Important Notes:
URL Availability: If the URL you choose is already in use by another community, an error message will appear. In this case, try a different URL until you find one that's available.
Link Updates: Changing your Public Page URL means that any previously shared links with the old URL will no longer work. You'll need to manually update these links wherever they've been shared to direct members to the new URL.
Custom Domains: Currently, Nas.io does not support the use of custom domains. All community URLs follow the format:
https://nas.io/your-community-name.
