Why Integrate with Facebook?
Once you have created a community in Nas.io, you'll have the option to choose a platform for your community.
Facebook Groups is suited for communities of all sizes for professional and recreational purposes.
You can only integrate with an existing Facebook Group, so make sure to set yours up first if you haven't already.
How to Integrate with Facebook
When setting up your community to Nas.io, select Facebook when connecting a platform. 1. Go to Settings > Chat > Choose Connect Facebook Group
2. You will be prompted to connect your group link here:
3. Paste the link of your Facebook group/messenger link. And that's it!
Congrats! Nas.io is now integrated with your Facebook Group 🥳
Troubleshooting FAQ
I have connected LinkedIn or another platform to my community, can I switch to Facebook?
We do not recommend switching platforms as it might cause issues with engagement analytic data, particularly when your community already has members.
But if you really want to switch chat platforms, you may do so by disconnecting the current chat platform/link connected to your community and following the steps above to connect a new one.
Can I link multiple workspaces with one community?
At the moment, each community can only be linked to 1 workspace.
