When to Choose LinkedIn

When signing up to Nas.io, you'll have the option to choose a platform for your community.

We recommend using LinkedIn if you have a professional or business community.

How to Integrate with LinkedIn

Create a LinkedIn group on the platform before connecting it to Nas.io. Select it as a platform when signing up.

If you choose to skip this step and integrate later, you can do so by selecting the Supercharge menu in your Manager portal.

Follow the instructions on screen to connect your LinkedIn group.

Congrats! Your community on LinkedIn is now live.

I have connected Facebook or another platform to my community, can I switch to LinkedIn?

We do not recommend switching platforms as it might cause issues with engagement analytic data, particularly when your community already has members.

If you really want to switch chat platforms, do reach out to your account manager or email hello@nas.io so our team can help you make the change.

Can I link multiple LinkedIn groups with one community?

At the moment, each community can only be linked to 1 group.
