Analytics are an important part of any community. They tell you what's working, what's not, and exactly where you can improve with targeted precision π―
Nas.io offers several data points to help you refine your community strategy. Read more about how you can use them below. If you want to know how you can find your analytics, you can read this article.
Active Members
Your active members are tracked over time. You can expect to see data within a few days of gaining community members.
Your member activity is an indication of the engagement levels of your community. You want this number to increase over time, especially as your community grows with new members.
You can use this data point along with your new and unsubscribed members over the past 30 days to get an idea of the health of your community. These numbers dropping or remaining the same over two consecutive months is an indication that your strategy needs a relook.

Diversity
This data point is here so you can understand where your core audience lives. This can convey information like pricing, culture, language, and even things like simply knowing what times are the best to host events.
Money Earned
This data point will only appear once you start earning money through your community. It'll show your total revenue as well as revenue over the last 30 days.
Engagement
This tab gives you two lists: most engaged and least engaged members.
Through this, you can see what percentage of your community is active and engaged, and which members aren't.
You can use this data to understand what parts of your strategy are working and what needs improvement.
You can also use this as an opportunity to reengage your members that have become inactive. Send them a message through Magic Reach or ask them for feedback. You can also try a new strategy, like uploading content or hosting events, and checking back to see if it improves your engagement rates.
We hope this helps you develop your community strategy! If you have any questions, reach out to us in the chat and we'll get back to you ASAP.
