How Do I See My Payments and Payouts?
Updated this week

We offer a number of options to monetize your community through events, subscription fees, and (coming soon!) brand sponsorships and ecommerce.

This article explains how you can find your payments and payouts.

Please note that you can only receive payouts if if you created the community (also known as the Primary Community Manager). Managers added later will not be able to access payment information.

[NEW] Transaction list on Money tab

If your community is generating revenue, you can now find all transactions (all time), including Events/Library/Membership purchases right from the new Money tab, which can be located in the left navigation tab.

In this article:

Connect Your Bank Account

The first thing you need to do is link your bank account with Nas.io.

Go to Money tab (left navigation tab) > Payout and select "Set up now".

Follow the instructions on the screen to connect your bank account.

Details required for your payout (Sample form)

Once your details are filled in, read our Terms of Use and select the box to consent to them if you agree.

Find Your Payments

You can see your payments under Earnings in the Money tab. Once your community starts earning, the following information will update accordingly.

Find Your Payouts

Once you've submitted your bank details, you'll start receiving your payouts on a monthly basis.

We will let you know how much you've earned that month by sending you an email with your payout details. The email will go to the address you entered above.

This email will be sent out on the 5th of every month. To receive this email, you must be earning at least 10 USD in revenue.

If you have not reached 10 USD, your earnings will be carried over to the next month until you reach the 10 USD threshold.

Once you've received this email, payments will be deposited into your account within 2 weeks, depending on which country you are based in.

For any discrepancies in your transactions, please email finance@nas.io and/or your account manager.
