Instead of creating a group chat where everyone talks over each other, Magic Reach sends a 1-on-1 private message to each member individually.

For Members: It looks like a personal DM from you. It feels exclusive and urgent.
Insight: To use WhatsApp Direct Message, collect phone numbers from your members by enabling phone collection in the Member Access settings.
⚙️ How to Set It Up
Go to Marketing → Magic Reach.
+ New Message
Select your Cohort: You can filter the message recipient to all members, tier type or plan type.
Choose the channel: Select WhatsApp DM
Compose & Send Now: Type your message (keep it short!) and send.
💡 Pro Tip: Filter your audience to exclude members who haven't provided a phone number to save time.
💰 Costs & Message Credits
Unlike Email (which is free on Nas.io), WhatsApp charges for API usage.
Note: Before you send a WhatsApp direct message, hover to the WhatsApp DM option to see your remaining credits.

🛡️ Limits, Safety & Spam Rules
WhatsApp is very strict about spam. To prevent your number from being banned:
Zero Tolerance for Harm: All messages are scanned. Sending scams or harmful content will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
Respect Opt-Outs: If a member asks you to stop, you must stop messaging them immediately.
Avoid Spammy Tactics: Do not use aggressive sales language (e.g., "BUY NOW!!!"). This content provides a bad experience and may get your number flagged by WhatsApp.
⚠️ Warning: If users report your message as spam, WhatsApp (Meta) may ban your phone number. Nas.io cannot restore a banned number.
🔄 Handling Replies (Where do they go?)
When a member replies to your Magic Reach DM, the message does NOT go to the Nas.io dashboard.
Destination: The reply goes directly to the WhatsApp App on your phone (the number you connected to).
Management: You continue the 1-on-1 conversation natively in WhatsApp.
Benefit: This allows you to close sales or answer support questions personally.
