You can unsubscribe from all communication (via Emails/Whatsapp/Telegram) in your community by clicking on the Unsubscribe in the footer of any email sent out by your community admin.
If your community is on Whatsapp and you have received a direct message, you can also click on Opt-out future messages to proceed.
You will receive a confirmation that you have unsubscribed from all communication from the community.
You can always re-subscribe to receive communication again from this community.
Note: You have to unsubscribe from communication for each community if you are in multiple communities.
