No. Storage upgrade plans are non-refundable. If you decided to upgrade again your storage plan while your first plan is still active and you still have storage left, no refunds will be made. It is advisable that you exhaust first the maximum storage of your initial plan before upgrading again.
For example, your first plan is 100GB/yearly. You want to upgrade again to 500GB/yearly. We advise for you to finish first the 100GB storage before upgrading to 500GB to maximize your plan and the payment you made.
