You can monitor your current storage consumption at any time to see if you are nearing your limit.
Go to your Nas.io Manager Portal.
Click on Settings in the sidebar.
Select Plans & Billing.
Look for the Storage section to see your used vs. available space.
🛡️ Refunds & Cancellation Rules
Please be aware of the following policies before purchasing an upgrade:
Non-Refundable: Storage upgrade plans are strictly non-refundable.
No Stacking: If you upgrade again while a previous plan is still active, we cannot refund the unused portion of the first plan.
Advice: Exhaust your current storage limit before purchasing a new upgrade.
Cancellation Effect: If you cancel the recurring payment for your storage add-on, your limit will revert to the default storage associated with your Business Plan:
Pro Plan: Reverts to 50 GB
Platinum Plan: Reverts to 100 GB
