For Application-based Communities - free Trial Starts After CM Approval
For application-based communities offering free trials, the users would be asked to complete the application form as usual. The trial period will commence only after Community Managers/CM approves the application of the user.
The community's public page will display that a free trial is available. Users can check out, and input their card details, but they won't be charged for a subscription. The trial will begin when the CM approves the application, and members will be charged only after the trial period ends.
Notification of Trial Ending
Nas.io will notify members via email 3 days before their trial period ends, giving them ample time to decide whether to continue with the subscription.
Note: As of the moment, this feature is available for new communities.
