🔥 Quick Summary

Your Nas.io Business Page is your 24/7 storefront. Before a potential member enters your credit card details, they look at your page to answer one question: "Is this legitimate?"

A professional logo, a high-quality cover photo, and a clear description are not just "decorations"—they are Trust Signals. This guide will show you how to set them up for maximum conversion.

🔗 Claiming Your Public URL

Before you design, you need an address. This is the link you will put in your Instagram bio, LinkedIn, or emails.

  1. Go to SettingsMy Nas Page.

  2. Find the Business pag URL field.

  3. Enter your desired handle (e.g., nas.io/marketing-mastery).

  4. Click Save

⚠️ Important: Choose carefully. Changing this URL later breaks all your old links. If you see an error message, it means that the URL has already been taken by another business.

🎨 Uploading Your Visuals (Logo & Cover)

You don't need to be a designer to look professional. You just need the right dimensions.

1. The Community Logo

This is the small icon that represents you in the member's sidebar and app notifications.

  • Best Practice: Use your face (if you are a personal brand) or a simple, high-contrast logo.

  • How to update: Click the Pen Icon on the circular logo placeholder.

2. The Cover Photo

This is your billboard. It takes up the top half of your landing page.

  • How to update: Click Edit Cover Photo on your Business Page tab.

  • Options:

    • Upload: Use your own design.

    • Unsplash: Browse thousands of free, high-quality stock photos directly inside Nas.io.

✍️ Writing a Description That Sells

Your "About" section shouldn't just be a biography—it should be a sales pitch.

When writing your description in the Business Page settings, use this structure to convert visitors into members:

1. The Hook (The "Why")

Start with the problem your community solves.

  • Bad: "This is a community for writers."

  • Good: "Stop writing in isolation. Join 500+ writers helping each other publish their first book."

2. The Value (The Bullets)

People skim; they don't read. Use bullet points to list exactly what they get.

  • ✅ Weekly Live Q&A Calls

  • ✅ Library of 50+ Templates

  • ✅ 24/7 Accountability Group

3. The Credibility (The Proof)

Why should they trust you? Mention your experience.

  • "Led by [Name], a marketer with 10 years of experience and $1M in generated sales."

4. The Call to Action (The "Join")

Tell them what to do next.

  • "Click the button to start your 7-day free trial."

📝 In Summary

  • The URL: Keep it short and easy to spell.

  • The Visuals: Use 1920x1080 for covers. If you don't have a photo, use the Unsplash integration.

  • The Description: Focus on the value (what they get), not just the features. Use bullet points to make it readable.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  1. Q: Can I use my own custom domain (e.g., www.mybrand.com) instead of nas.io?
    A:
Currently, all community pages are hosted on nas.io/your-brand. This ensures your page benefits from our high domain authority and security speed. However, you can easily redirect a subdomain from your own website (like community.yourbrand.com) to your Nas.io link so the branding feels seamless to your users.

  2. Q: Can I link my social media accounts to my page?
    A:
Yes. You can add icons for your Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and website. These will appear on your profile, making it easy for members to verify who you are and follow your other channels.

  3. Q: Can I preview my page before I show it to the world?
    A:
You can view your page anytime by clicking "View as Member" in the top-left dropdown. However, your page is effectively "live" once you set it up. If you aren't ready for visitors yet, simply don't share the link until your design is polished.

  4. Q: Can I change my URL later if I rebrand?
    A:
Yes, you can update your handle in Settings. But be careful: If you change your URL (e.g., from nas.io/john to nas.io/john-doe), any old links you posted on Instagram or sent in emails will break immediately. We recommend picking a URL you are happy with for the long term.

  5. Q: My cover photo looks blurry. Why?
    A:
You likely uploaded an image smaller than 1920 pixels wide. Please resize your image in Canva or Photoshop and re-upload. Also, ensure the file is under 10MB.

  6. Q: Can I put a video as my cover?
    A:
Currently, we support Static Images (JPG/PNG) only. We recommend using a high-energy photo that captures the "vibe" of your community.

  7. Q: Can I change my Public URL later?
    A:
Technically, yes. However, we strongly advise against it. If you change your URL, any old links you shared on social media or in emails will stop working, and you will lose traffic.

  8. Q: Does Nas.io put their branding on my page?
    A:
Your page is yours. While the URL starts with nas.io/, the visual focus is entirely on your logo, your cover, and your content.

  9. Q: Will my business page show up on Google (SEO)?
    A:
Yes. Your Nas.io public page is indexed by search engines. To rank higher, ensure your Community Name and Description contain the keywords your audience is searching for (e.g., "Marketing Tips for Beginners" or "Yoga for Runners").
