Navigating the Nas.io platform is simple, whether you're logging in for the first time or need to reset your password. This guide will walk you through both processes, ensuring you have a seamless experience.
How to Log In to Nas.io
Go to the Nas.io Login Page: Visit nas.io/login.
Enter Your Credentials: You can either log in using your email and password or select the "Continue with Google" option to use your Gmail account if it is linked.
If you continue with email, you will be prompted to enter verification sent to your email address. Make sure to enter the code within 10 minutes as it will expire after that time.
Alternatively, if you know your password, you can click on Enter Password then type in your password. Click Continue
After entering your credentials or choosing the Gmail option, you should be redirected to the community page that you are registered to.
For Mobile App:
If you haven't installed Nas.io App, you may do so by clicking on this link: https://nas.io/install
Once installed on your phone, Open the app
You can either Continue with Email and enter your password, continue with Google or continue with Apple.
NOTE: Make sure that you are logging in under the same credentials you used to register for a community/community product.
After entering your credentials or choosing the Gmail/Apple option, you should be redirected to the community page that you are registered to.
How to Reset Your Password on Nas.io
If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:
When you choose the option to enter password, you will see "Forgot your password?" link below the password field
Select "Forgot your Password?":
Enter Your Registered Email associated with your Nas.io account.
Click "Send me a recovery link": An email with a password reset link will be sent to your inbox.
Check Your Email: Open your email inbox and look for an email from Nas.io with the subject "Password Reset Request."
Open the Reset Link: Click on the link provided in the email to go to a secure page on the Nas.io website.
Create a New Password: Enter a new password and confirm it by typing it again.
Submit the New Password: Click "Submit" or "Save" to update your password.
Log In with Your New Password: Return to the Nas.io login page and use your new password to access your account.
