Flexible pricing for Nas.io products
Updated over a week ago

Community Managers now have the option to offer "Flexible Payment" for their products. This allows CMs to set a minimum and suggested amount for their products, giving members the freedom to choose how much they want to pay at checkout.

Note: Flexible Payment is only available for one-time purchases. This feature is not applicable for recurring payment such as community subscription.

Steps to Set Up Flexible Payments:

  1. Log in to the Community manager's portal.

  2. Select/create the product that you want to have a flexible payment.

  3. Under Pricing, select "Flexible".

  4. Set Minimum Amount

    1. This is the lowest value allowed for the product. For example, you set a $5 minimum amount. Members won't be able to pay lower than $5.

    2. Ensure that this minimum amount covers your desired revenue.

  5. Set Suggested Amount

    1. Enter the suggested amount you recommend for the product. This amount is higher than the minimum and represents the price you hope most members will choose.

    2. During checkout, the suggested amount will be automatically filled in, but members can adjust the amount themselves.

  6. Click the "Save" button to apply the changes in your flexible price.
