Bulk Ticket Purchase: Elevate your Events in Nas.io
Updated over a week ago

Community Managers (CMs) now have the option to allow multiple ticket purchases for events. This feature provides flexibility for members who wish to buy more than one ticket and simplifies attendance management for CMs. This guide will walk you through how to manage multiple ticket purchases, including setting up the feature, handling cancellations, and understanding refund policies.

Enabling Multiple Ticket Purchases

1. Log in to your community manager portal.
2. Create your event.

3. Toggle on "Bulk registration" under Pricing & Access. Input the maximum number of tickets a member can purchase.

4. Once you have finished filling out the needed details for your event, click "Save".

Managing Tickets

Community Managers can check in attendance for every individual ticket.

Discount codes

If using a discount code, be aware that the code applies to each ticket, and each ticket will count against the redemption limit.

For example, discount code is EVENT100 with a limit of 50 redemptions only. A member purchased 10 tickets and used the code. The discount code will be applied to the 10 tickets even though only one member processed the payment. There are only 40 redemptions left for the code.

Cancellations and Refunds

If the member cancels attendance, all the tickets associated with him/her will be marked as not going. Member still needs to request a refund separately after cancelling attendance.

Moreover, partial refunds are not supported. All the tickets purchased under the member will be refunded.

Member's Point of View

Members can choose the number of tickets they wish to purchase on the event product page and at checkout.
