Your community just got more interactive!
Members can now create posts to share their thoughts, ideas, and updates directly with the community. This feature fosters collaboration and provides members with a platform to contribute and engage more actively.
How can members post in the community feed
On the feed section, you may enable members to post on your community feed. To do this, you may click on the gear button:
And then toggle on "Enable member posts". You may also require for the posts to be approved or not before it gets published.
Once you enable members to post on your feed, they can now share their thoughts, ideas and experiences about your product.
Your members can also mention your product on the post that they'd be sharing in the feed.
This is a great way for them to promote and provide feedback about the product you offer in the community and encourage more members to try your product offers!
Member Post Approval
If you did not toggle ON, the "Member post require approval" section, all posts from member will be published in the feed automatically.
If you toggle it ON, then all posts will be required to be approved before getting published.
How to approve member's post
You will see all Pending Approval post on the Feed tab.
