🔥 Quick Summary
Welcome! You have just joined a community hosted on Nas.io.
Nas.io is the technology platform that powers the community. We provide the app, the payment processing, and the course player. However, the Community Manager (Business Owner) creates the content, sets the prices, and runs the events.
This guide helps you navigate the tech so you can focus on the experience.
🤝 Important: Nas.io vs. The Community
To avoid confusion, it is helpful to know who handles what parts of your experience:
Nas.io (The Platform): We ensure the app loads, your login works, and your credit card is processed securely.
The Community Manager (The Business): They decide the subscription price, schedule the Zoom calls, moderate the WhatsApp group, and approve refund requests.
Think of it this way: Nas.io is the landlord of the building. The Community Manager is the shop owner inside. If the door is stuck, call Nas.io. If you don't like the product, talk to the Manager.
📲 Step 1: Get the App & Login
While you can use Nas.io on your desktop, the mobile app is the best way to stay connected.
Action: Download Nas.io from the [App Store] or [Google Play Store].
⚠️ Critical Login Rule: You must log in with the exact same email address you used to pay.
Edge Case: If you paid using "Apple Pay," Apple might have used a "Hide My Email" relay address (e.g., xyz@privaterelay.appleid.com). You must log in with that private email to find your purchase.
🔀 Step 2: Managing Multiple Communities
One email address grants you access to every community you join on Nas.io. If you have joined more than one group, here is how to navigate:
Switching Communities:
On Mobile: Tap the Community Logo in the top-left corner of the screen. A dropdown menu will appear listing all your memberships.
On Web: Click the dropdown arrow next to the community name in the sidebar.
The Member Portal: You can view all your active subscriptions in one place by clicking your Profile Picture → Member Portal.
👋 Step 3: Engage (Feed & Chat)
The Feed: Use this to comment on announcements and network with members.
The Group Chat: Most communities have a private WhatsApp, Discord, or Telegram group.
Go to the Home tab in the app.
Tap the Chat Icon.
Tap "Join Group."
Troubleshooting: If the link says "Expired" or "Invalid," please contact the Community Manager immediately so they can update it.
📚 Step 4: Access Content & Events
Courses: Found in the Content tab. Nas.io tracks your progress automatically.
Live Events: Found in the Events tab.
How to Join: We do not email you Zoom links. Instead, open the app when the event starts and tap "Join Room."
Troubleshooting: If the event host hasn't started the Zoom meeting yet, you may see a "Waiting for Host" screen. This is normal—just hang tight!
🔔 Step 5: Notifications & Emails (What to expect)
We know your inbox is busy. Here is the difference between what we send vs. what the Manager sends:
1. Critical Emails (From Nas.io)
What are they? Payment receipts, Magic Login links, Password resets, and "3 Days Left" trial reminders.
Action: Do not unsubscribe or block hello@nas.io, or you might get locked out of your account or miss a billing alert.
2. Community Emails (From the Manager)
What are they? Newsletters, event reminders, and community updates.
Action: You can manage these in your Settings → Notifications.
3. Push Notifications
We send mobile alerts for Event Starts (10 mins prior) and Direct Messages (DMs) so you never miss a live session or a networking opportunity.
💳 Step 6: Billing, Safety & Refunds
You have full control over your subscription in the Member Portal.
Cancel/Upgrade: You can cancel your subscription or switch plans anytime without contacting support.
[📖 Read Guide: How to Change or Cancel Your Membership]Refund Policy: Nas.io does not automatically grant refunds. Because you paid the Community Owner, they hold the funds and the decision-making power. To request a refund, you must DM the Community Manager.
Is my Payment Safe?
Yes. Nas.io uses Stripe, a global standard for payment processing.
Privacy: The Community Manager can see your name and email, but they never see your full credit card number or bank details.
🚨 Troubleshooting: When things go wrong
Here are the most common issues members face and how to fix them quickly.
"I paid, but the app says I have no communities."
Cause: 99% of the time, this is a Login Mismatch. You likely paid with email A but logged into the app with email B.
Fix: Log out and check your payment receipt email. Log back in using that specific email address.
"I was charged for a renewal I didn't want."
Cause: Free trials auto-renew into paid plans if not canceled 24 hours prior.
Fix: Cancel immediately in the Member Portal to stop future charges. Contact the Manager to ask if they allow refunds for the recent charge.
