⭐ What Is a Payment Link?

Payment Link is an instant payment link you can generate in seconds. Unlike regular products, they require zero setup, no product pages, no configuration, and no access rules.

You can use Payment Links to:

  • Charge for 1:1 services

  • Collect donations or contributions

  • Offer special rates or private deals

  • Accept payments without requiring users to join a business

  • Create quick checkout pages for custom offers

Payment Links support:

  • Multiple currencies (depending on region)

  • Optional fee pass-through (customers absorb the gateway fee)

  • Redirect links + thank-you messages after checkout

Note: By default, the gateway fee is passed on.

If you want to change this and shoulder the fee instead:

Dashboard → Settings → Payment & Fees and toggle “Pass Processing Fees to Members” OFF.

🚀 How to Create a Payment Link (Step-by-Step)

  1. Go to Dashboard → Money → Payment Links (Pro & Platinum only)

  2. Click Create Payment Link

  3. Set your:

    • Price

    • Currency

    • Title & image

  4. Add a Thank You message and redirect URL (optional) which can be a:

    • a link to a pdf

    • A calendly booking link

    • A whatsapp group to join

  1. Click the gear icon to choose:

    • Pass processing fees to buyer, or

    • Absorb them yourself

  2. Click Create Link and share it anywhere (WhatsApp, email, IG, TikTok, etc.)

Anyone can pay—you do not need to add them to your business.

Support Tip: Make sure to include a clear description in your payment link so customers understand what they’re paying for before completing the payment.

📊 How to View & Manage Payment Links Transactions

Track all payments under each Payment Link:

Dashboard → Money → Payment Links → Select Link

You will see:

  • Total earnings

  • Payment timestamps

  • Buyer details

  • Downloadable transaction data for accounting

You may choose to pass payment gateway fees to buyers so you keep the full amount.

To enable:

Settings → Payment & Fees → Toggle “Pass on fees to members” ON

At checkout, customers will see gateway fees added before paying.

  • Create a Nas.io account

  • Join your community

  • Download the app

    A: You choose—absorb the fees or pass them on to customers.

    A: Yes! You can add a redirect link on the Thank You page to guide users to the next step after they complete an action or payment. Common examples include:

    • A link to download a PDF or resource

    • A Calendly link to book a call or session

    • A WhatsApp group or business invite link

  8. Q: My member sees an error saying “Checkout is currently unavailable for this community. Please contact the community admin.” What does this mean?
    A: This usually means your Nas.io account hasn’t been fully verified yet. Payments are temporarily paused until verification is complete.
