Your account is then created or accessed during the payment step when you choose a plan. You only need one email to use Nas.io. With a single account, you can create and manage multiple businesses and also buy products from other creators.


🔑 The Unified Account System

Your Nas.io account is used across onboarding, subscriptions, and business management — so it’s important to use one consistent email.

Consistency is key:
If you start your business with jane.doe@work.com, always log in with that same email.

No merging:
If you accidentally create another account (e.g., jane@gmail.com), they will be treated as separate accounts. We cannot merge accounts or transfer business data between them.

Recommendation:
Stick to one login method (for example, “Continue with Google”) to avoid creating duplicate accounts.


💳 When is my account created?

Your account is created or accessed during the payment step.

After completing AI onboarding (entering what you want to sell and uploading a photo), you will be asked to choose a plan. At this stage:

  • If you already have an account, you can log in

  • If you are new, you will create an account by entering:

    • Email

    • Name

    • Phone number (required)

Once your subscription is successful, your business is automatically created and ready to use.


🏢 Managing Multiple Businesses

Many entrepreneurs run different brands or test new ideas. You do not need multiple logins for this.

With one Nas.io account, you can create and manage multiple separate businesses — all from the same dashboard.

How to add a new business:

  1. Log in to your main account

  2. Click your business logo (top left corner)

  3. Select Start new business

  4. Follow the onboarding steps to set up your new business

👉 Your new business will be created under the same account.

Switch between your businesses anytime by clicking your business logo (top left corner) and selecting another business from the dropdown. No need to log out.


💳 Important: Subscription Per Business

Each business you create has its own subscription plan (Basic, Pro, or Platinum).

This means:

  • Every new business requires a separate subscription

  • Each business is billed independently

  • You can choose different plans for different businesses

Example:

  • Business A → Basic plan

  • Business B → Pro plan


🔐 Login Methods (Email vs. Google)

You can log in to your Nas.io account using any of the following methods:

1. Continue with Google (fastest)

Best if you use Gmail.

  • Click once to log in instantly

  • No password required

2. Passwordless login (OTP)

Best if you prefer not to use a password.

  • Enter your email

  • Receive a 6-digit code in your inbox

  • Use the code to log in

Security:
Only someone with access to your email can log in.

3. Email and password

Best if you prefer a traditional login method.

  • Log in using your email and password

Tip:
You can add or remove a password anytime in Settings → Security


🔧 Troubleshooting Login Issues

💻 I forgot my password (Desktop view)

If you forgot your password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to nas.io and click Login (top right corner)

  2. Enter your email and click Continue

  3. On the next screen, click Enter Password

  4. Click Forgot your password?

  5. Enter your email and click Send reset email

  6. Check your inbox and follow the instructions to reset your password

📱 I forgot my password (Mobile app)

If you are using the mobile app:

  1. Tap Log in

  2. Tap Continue with Email

  3. Enter your email and tap Next

  4. On the next screen, tap Use Password

  5. Tap Forgot your password?

  6. Enter your email and tap Send reset link

  7. Check your inbox and follow the reset instructions

💡 Alternative: Log in without a password (OTP)

You can log in without resetting your password:

  • Enter your email and tap Continue

  • Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email

👉 This is the fastest way to access your account on both web and mobile


📩 I’m not receiving the OTP code

If you didn’t receive your verification code, try the following:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder
    The email may be filtered there

  • Wait before requesting another code
    Wait at least 60 seconds before clicking resend

  • Check your email address
    Make sure there are no typos (e.g., gmai.com) and that you’re using the correct email linked to your account


🏢 I can’t see my business dashboard

If you’ve logged in but don’t see your business, it’s usually because you’re either in the wrong view or inside another business.

1. Check you’re using the correct email

  • Make sure you logged in with the same email used to create your business

  • If not, log out and try again with the correct email

2. Switch to Manager Portal

If you’re on your business page but don’t see nas.io portal tools:

  • Click View as Manager (top right corner)

👉 This will take you to your nas.io portal home page

3. Switch to the correct business

If you see a different business (for example, a community you joined):

  • Click the business logo (top left corner)

  • Select your own business from the list

👉 This happens if you are a member of multiple businesses
