🔑 The Unified Account System
Before you start, choose your login email carefully.
Consistency is Key: If you start your business with jane.doe@work.com, always log in with that specific email.
No Merging: If you accidentally create a second account with jane@gmail.com, they will be treated as two completely different people. We cannot merge them or transfer your business data between them later.
Recommendation: Stick to one login method (e.g., "Continue with Google") to avoid creating duplicate accounts by mistake.
🚀 How to Create Your Business Account
Setting up your business portal takes less than 2 minutes.
Go to nas.io and click Get Started.
Sign Up: Enter your Email or login via your Google Account
Enter your Name and Setup a Password
Create Your Business: You will be prompted to name your business.
Note: You can create multiple businesses under this single login later.
🏢 Managing Multiple Businesses
Many entrepreneurs run different brands or test new ideas. You do not need multiple logins for this.
How to add a new business:
Log in to your main account.
Click your Profile Icon (top right corner).
Select Start New Business.
Follow the prompts to name your new portal.
How to switch between businesses: Once created, you can switch between your different business portals instantly using the Sidebar Menu or the Profile Dropdown. No logging out required.
🔐 Login Methods (Email vs. Google)
We want you to use whatever is most comfortable for you. There are three secure ways to access your dashboard:
1. Continue with Google (Fastest) Best if you use Gmail for business.
How it works: Click one button to log in instantly. No passwords to remember.
2. Passwordless Secure Login (OTP) Best if you hate remembering passwords or use a non-Google email.
How it works: Enter your email, and we will send a unique 6-digit code to your inbox.
Security: This acts like "2-Factor Authentication" every time. Only someone with access to your email inbox can log in.
3. Standard Email & Password Best if you prefer the traditional method.
How it works: You log in with a permanent password you set.
Tip: You can add or remove a password from your account at any time in Settings → Security.
🔧 Troubleshooting Login Issues
"I forgot my password"
Go to the Login page.
Click Forgot Password?
Enter your email to receive a reset link.
Alternative: Use the "Log in with OTP" option to bypass the password entirely and log in via a code sent to your email.
"I'm not receiving the OTP code"
Check Spam/Promotions: The email often lands there.
Wait 60 Seconds: Don't click "Resend" instantly; it can clog the system and delay the email further.
Check the Email: Did you make a typo (e.g., gmai.com)? Are you using the exact email address you used to create the business?
"I can't see my Business Dashboard" If you log in and don't see your business tools:
You may have logged in with a different personal email. Log out and try your business email.
You might be in "Member View." Click your profile icon and select "Manager Portal" to switch back to business mode.
