The Basic Plan is Nas.io’s entry-level subscription, built for creators and business owners who want to start selling, publishing products, and managing their business on Nas.io — without committing to advanced tools or higher limits.

All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial, giving you time to explore your selected plan before your first payment.

The Basic Plan gives you the essential tools to start selling, marketing, and managing your business on Nas.io — without the complexity of advanced plans. You get:

You can manage your Basic subscription anytime from:

Settings → Plan & Billing

From there, you can:

• Switch between monthly and yearly billing

• Update your payment method

• Cancel your subscription

All changes are shown clearly before confirmation.

You can change your subscription at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing.

• Click on "Manage" button

• Select “Change Nas.io plan”

• Select new plan and click “Continue”

• Click “Confirm”

• Upgrading to Pro or Platinum takes immediate effect

• A prorated credit is applied for your unused time

•A new billing cycle starts from the upgrade date

• The downgrade takes effect after your current billing cycle ends

• You keep full access to your current plan until then

• You can undo the downgrade before it takes effect

You can’t make another plan change until the current change has been applied.

When you downgrade or return to the Basic Plan, the following rules apply:

· If you have 5 or fewer published products, all of them remain published.

· If you have more than 5 published products, products with higher lifetime sales are prioritised to stay published.

· Unpublished products remain in your product list and can be republished later, as long as you stay within the 5-product limit.

· Members, community managers, and unused credits remain in your account and are not affected by the downgrade.

• Cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & Billing

• Your plan stays active until the end of your billing period

• You can undo the cancellation before it takes effect

• Nas.io does not offer refunds once a subscription charge is processed

• Cancelling prevents future charges but does not refund past payments

• The Basic Plan has lower limits and fewer advanced tools than Pro or Platinum.

• You can upgrade anytime, however, plan changes aren’t allowed within 24 hours of your next billing date.

• When downgrading to Basic Plan, 5 products with the highest lifetime sales will stay published. Others are unpublished automatically but remain in your product list.

• The 7-day free trial is automatically included for a business’s first-ever subscription. It isn’t applied to resubscriptions, plan changes, or tier changes.

The Basic Plan is the simplest way to get started on Nas.io. It gives you the essential tools to publish products, accept payments, and run your business — with the flexibility to upgrade anytime.

Q: What is the Nas.io Basic Plan?
​A: The Basic Plan is an entry-level paid plan for creators who want to start selling products, collecting payments, and using essential AI and marketing tools on Nas.io.

Q: How many products can I publish on the Basic Plan?
​A: You can publish up to 5 products at the same time.

Q: What happens to my products if I downgrade to the Basic Plan and have more than 5 products?
​A: The system will automatically select 5 products to remain published and unpublish the rest. The initial selection is based on product performance (for example, products with higher lifetime sales are prioritised).

After the downgrade is complete, you’re free to manage which products are published. You can unpublish any of the currently live products and publish others, as long as no more than 5 products are published at the same time.

Unpublished products remain in your product list and can be republished at any time within the 5-product limit.

Q: What AI and marketing tools are included in Basic?
​A: Basic includes AI Cofounder, Magic Content, and Magic Reach to help you create products and promote them to your community.

Q: Can I upgrade from Basic later?
​A: Yes. You can upgrade to Pro or Platinum at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing, and the upgrade takes effect immediately.

Q: What happens if I cancel the Basic Plan?
​A: When your subscription ends, products are unpublished, unused credits are frozen, and your business page becomes inactive. You can restore everything by resubscribing.

Q: How many free credits do I get for Magic Content on the Basic Plan?
​A: The Basic Plan includes 2 free Magic Content credits per month, which you can use to generate images or videos. Credits reset every billing cycle and don’t roll over if unused.
