⚙️How to change, upgrade or cancel your plan?

If you ever want to switch plans, it only takes a few clicks. Here’s how:

  • Upgrade:
    Go to Dashboard → Settings → Plan & Billing → Change Plan.
    Your upgrade applies immediately (prorated).

  • Downgrade:
    Same steps as above.
    Your downgrade starts after your current billing cycle ends.

  • Cancel:
    Go to Dashboard → Settings → Plan & Billing → Cancel Subscription.
    Canceling free community memberships does not cancel your paid Pro/Platinum plan.

💡How does our refund policy work?

We want you to feel confident when upgrading, so here’s how refunds work:

  • Request a refund within 48 hours of your first charge after a trial.

  • For special circumstances, our team will review your case within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds aren’t available for:

    • Promotional or discounted plans

    • Accounts that have already used paid features or services

    • Deactivations due to terms violations

    • Partial or completed billing periods

There are three types of fees on Nas.io. Here’s a quick overview:

  1. Q. What happens after my trial ends?
    A. Your subscription auto-renews as per your selected billing cycle. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Plan & Billing to view/change.

  2. Q. Can I switch plans later?
    A.
    Yes — upgrade/downgrade anytime via Dashboard → Settings → Plan & Billing. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades after next renewal.

  3. Q. Do I get a refund if I cancel?
    A.
    You must cancel before renewal. Refunds auto-approved if canceled within 48 hrs of charge. For tech/issues cases, contact help@nas.io.

  4. Q. How do I view my next billing date?
    A.
    Dashboard → Settings → Plan & Billing.

  5. Q. Does canceling my free Nas.io membership cancel my paid plan?
    A.
    No — canceling free community memberships removes access to resources only. To cancel your paid plan you must use Dashboard → Settings → Plan & Billing.

  6. Q. What payment gateways are supported for selling products?
    A.
    Stripe (global) + local gateways: EBANX (Latin America), Razorpay (India), Xendit (Philippines & Indonesia), . These are for sales transactions; plan subscription payments are separate.

  7. Q. Can I change billing frequency?
    A.
    Yes — choose monthly, quarterly, 6-mo, or annual at Dashboard → Settings → Plan & Billing.

  8. Q. What if my subscription payment fails?
    A.
    If payment fails, your account reverts back to Trial until you update the payment method & renew successfully.
