⚙️ How to change, upgrade or cancel your plan?

If you ever want to switch plans, it only takes a few clicks. Here’s how:

  • Upgrade:
    Go to Business portal → Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage → Change Nas.io plan.
    Your upgrade applies immediately (prorated).

  • Downgrade:
    Same steps as above.
    Your downgrade starts after your current billing cycle ends.

  • Cancel:
    Go to Business portal → Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage → Cancel Subscription.

Note: Canceling free business memberships does not cancel your paid Basic, Pro or Platinum plan.


💡How does our refund policy work?

We want you to feel confident when upgrading, so here’s how refunds work:

  • Request a refund within 48 hours of your first charge after a trial.

  • For special circumstances, our team will review your case within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds aren’t available for:

    • Promotional or discounted plans

    • Accounts that have already used paid features or services

    • Deactivations due to terms violations

    • Partial or completed billing periods

A. Nas.io supports Stripe (global) and local gateways like EBANX (Latin America), Razorpay (India), and Xendit (Philippines & Indonesia).
Gateway fees are charged separately by the payment provider.


Q. Can I change my billing frequency?

A. Yes. You can switch between monthly, quarterly, 6-month, or annual billing inside Plan & Billing.


Q. What’s the difference between subscription fees and transaction fees?

A.

  • Subscription fee = Your plan cost (Basic, Pro, or Platinum).

  • Transaction fee = A percentage charged when you sell a product.

  • Gateway fee = A processing fee charged by your payment provider.
