🔁 How to Change Your Plan
You can manage your subscription by:
Switching between monthly and yearly billing
Updating your payment method
Cancelling your subscription
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing to make changes.
📈 Upgrades & Downgrades
🟢 Upgrading to Platinum
Takes immediate effect
A prorated credit is applied for your unused time
A new billing cycle begins from the upgrade date
Note: Prorated credit can only be used to upgrade tier and any subscription plan renewals (Pro & Platinum)
🔴 Downgrading to Pro
Takes effect after your current billing cycle ends
No immediate changes to features or fees
⏳ You can’t change plans again until the current change has taken effect.
Example: Pro to Platinum Upgrade
You switch from Pro Yearly ($249) to Platinum Monthly ($99) on March 10.
Unused Pro value = $202.61
New Platinum plan starts immediately
You pay $0 today
$103.61 is stored as credit for future payments

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & Billing.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
You can undo the cancellation if it hasn’t taken effect yet.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for monthly or yearly Platinum subscriptions once a charge is processed.

⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind
You can’t change your plan within 24 hours of your next billing date
If your plan is downgraded, the change will only take effect after your current billing cycle ends
