The Platinum Plan is Nas.io’s most premium offering — built for creators who want lower fees, more storage, and exclusive rewards. This article explains the features, pricing, upgrade rules, cancellation terms, and everything else you need to know.


🔹 What is the Platinum Plan?

The Platinum Plan offers:

  • Lower transaction fees

  • 100GB of storage

  • Eligibility for referral rewards

  • Dedicated Account Manager

  • Magic Ads

It’s available to both Free and Pro users who wish to upgrade.

🔁 How to Change Your Plan

You can manage your subscription by:

  • Switching between monthly and yearly billing

  • Updating your payment method

  • Cancelling your subscription

Go to Settings → Plan & Billing to make changes.


📈 Upgrades & Downgrades

🟢 Upgrading to Platinum

  • Takes immediate effect

  • A prorated credit is applied for your unused time

  • A new billing cycle begins from the upgrade date

    Note: Prorated credit can only be used to upgrade tier and any subscription plan renewals (Pro & Platinum)

🔴 Downgrading to Pro

  • Takes effect after your current billing cycle ends

  • No immediate changes to features or fees

⏳ You can’t change plans again until the current change has taken effect.


Example: Pro to Platinum Upgrade

You switch from Pro Yearly ($249) to Platinum Monthly ($99) on March 10.

  • Unused Pro value = $202.61

  • New Platinum plan starts immediately

  • You pay $0 today

  • $103.61 is stored as credit for future payments

📞 Why We Ask for Your Phone Number

When subscribing to Platinum, we’ll ask for your phone number so your account manager can reach out and assist you faster.

  • Auto-filled based on profile or previous subscriptions

  • Stored securely and only used the benefit of your assigned account manager


🎁 Referral Program for Platinum

Earn rewards by inviting others to go Platinum:

  • Referees get discounted Platinum pricing

  • Referrers earn cash when their invitees subscribe or upgrade

  • Rewards are prorated if billing cycles are adjusted


❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:

Cancelling Your Subscription

  • You can cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & Billing.

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

  • You can undo the cancellation if it hasn’t taken effect yet.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for monthly or yearly Platinum subscriptions once a charge is processed.

⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind

  • You can’t change your plan within 24 hours of your next billing date

  • If your plan is downgraded, the change will only take effect after your current billing cycle ends
