  • A new billing cycle begins from the upgrade date

🔴 Downgrading to Pro

  • Takes effect after your current billing cycle ends

  • No immediate changes to features or fees

⏳ You can’t change plans again until the current change has taken effect.

2.3 Subscription Billing Date

  • Your billing date is the date you subscribe.

  • You can view your next billing date by navigating to Settings > Plans & Billing tab

  • Future charges will occur on the same date each month (for monthly subscriptions) or the same calendar day each year (for annual subscriptions).

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your Nas.io Platinum subscription at any time via your Nas.io portal settings.

  • If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

  • You will not be billed for future billing cycles after cancellation.

To cancel:
Navigate to Settings → Plan & Billing tab → Click the three dots → Cancel Subscription.

3.2 Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for any partial or completed billing periods, including:

  • Promotional trial

  • Monthly subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions

  • Fraud or breach of Nas.io policies, as confirmed by Nas.io.

However, if you request a refund within 48 hours of being charged at regular rates for the first time (after the trial period only), you may appeal for a refund. Please contact support at help@nas.io with the subject line "Nas.io Platinum Refund Appeal Request" within this window.

If you cancel your subscription, no refunds or prorated credits will be provided for any unused portion of the Subscription Term. Cancellation simply prevents the next billing cycle.

4. Account and Community Verification

All Nas.io Platinum plan communities must adhere to Nas.io Community Guidelines.

Nas.io reserves the right to revoke Platinum benefits, suspend accounts, or deny verification if your community:

  • Violates Nas.io policies

  • Promotes harm, misinformation, or violates applicable laws

Subscription fees will not be refunded in such cases.

5. Changes to the Subscription Terms

Nas.io reserves the right to modify the Platinum Plan, its benefits, fees, and these Terms at any time.

Significant changes will be communicated via email or through your Nas.io account dashboard with reasonable notice.

Continued use of Nas.io Platinum plan after changes means you agree to the updated Terms and Conditions.

📌 Important Reminder

After your promotional trial ends, you will be charged with the regular Platinum rates automatically unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
