💎 Platinum
For advanced users who want premium tools and strategy support. Platinum includes all Pro features plus Magic Ads, QR scanning for physical events, and a dedicated account manager. Choose this if you plan to run ads, need hands-on strategy help, or want the fastest way to scale.

🎯 Managing Your Plan
Upgrade/Downgrade: Change plans anytime. Upgrades apply immediately (with prorated credits). Downgrades take effect after the current billing cycle.
Cancel: End your subscription anytime from Dashboard → Settings → Plan & Billing.
⚠️ Important: Many users mistakenly cancel their free membership to Nas.io Business Creators or Nas.io Pro Community from the My Memberships tab.
Doing this does not cancel your Pro or Platinum plan. It only removes access to emails, resources, and educational support from those free communities. To cancel your plan subscription, always use Dashboard → Settings → Plan & Billing.

💵 Fees
When Fees Apply: Transaction fees are charged on every sale made on Nas.io. They become effective as soon as you upgrade to Pro or Platinum. If your renewal fails or you cancel, your account reverts to Trial, and higher Trial fees apply.
Subscription Fee: Charged to your nominated card or payment method on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. This is separate from transaction fees.
Transaction Fees: A combination of the Nas.io fee (based on your plan) and the payment gateway fee (Stripe globally, Razorpay in India, Xendit in the Philippines & Indonesia, Ebanx in Latin America). These are deducted from your earnings before payout.
Pass-On Fee Setting: If you enable Pass-On Fee, subscribers see fees added on top of your price. If you keep it off, Nas.io fees are absorbed by you and adjust automatically when you upgrade.

⚖️ Refund Policy
Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of your first charge after a trial if you forgot to cancel.
In extraordinary cases, refund requests can be escalated and will take 7–10 business days for evaluation.
Refunds are not granted for:
Promotional plans
Accounts that have used the features and services
Deactivation due to violation of Terms & Conditions
No refunds for partial or completed billing periods.
