Trial

Great for testing and collecting leads. Perfect if you want to explore the 5 ways to make money on Nas.io, experiment with the AI Cofounder for product ideas, and send emails to gauge interest.

Example: A digital product seller started on a Trial to build a free newsletter list. After gathering leads, they upgraded to Pro to sell their ebook.

Pro

Best for creators who are ready to start selling. Use it to launch free offers, upsells, and collect payments seamlessly. Also ideal for physical businesses going digital—payment links make it simple to book appointments or process payments globally.

Example: A clinic in Latin America uses Pro’s payment links to collect payments outside their country for virtual consultations.

💎 Platinum

For advanced users who want premium tools and strategy support. Platinum includes all Pro features plus Magic Ads, QR scanning for physical events, and a dedicated account manager. Choose this if you plan to run ads, need hands-on strategy help, or want the fastest way to scale.

Example: A global summit runs on Platinum, using QR scanning to check in attendees quickly, and leveraging Magic Reach and Pixel tracking to promote future events.


🎯 Managing Your Plan

  • Upgrade/Downgrade: Change plans anytime. Upgrades apply immediately (with prorated credits). Downgrades take effect after the current billing cycle.

  • Cancel: End your subscription anytime from Dashboard → Settings → Plan & Billing.

⚠️ Important: Many users mistakenly cancel their free membership to Nas.io Business Creators or Nas.io Pro Community from the My Memberships tab.

Doing this does not cancel your Pro or Platinum plan. It only removes access to emails, resources, and educational support from those free communities. To cancel your plan subscription, always use Dashboard → Settings → Plan & Billing.

Quick Steps to Cancel:

1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Plan & Billing.
2. Click the three dots next to your current plan
3. Select Cancel Subscription
4. Confirm cancellation

Note: Canceling free memberships (e.g., Nas.io Business Creators or Pro Community) does not cancel your paid Pro or Platinum plan

Quick Steps to Upgrade:

1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Plan & Billing
2. Click Change Plan
3. Select your new plan (Pro or Platinum)
4. Confirm upgrade (changes apply immediately)

💵 Fees

  • When Fees Apply: Transaction fees are charged on every sale made on Nas.io. They become effective as soon as you upgrade to Pro or Platinum. If your renewal fails or you cancel, your account reverts to Trial, and higher Trial fees apply.

  • Subscription Fee: Charged to your nominated card or payment method on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. This is separate from transaction fees.

  • Transaction Fees: A combination of the Nas.io fee (based on your plan) and the payment gateway fee (Stripe globally, Razorpay in India, Xendit in the Philippines & Indonesia, Ebanx in Latin America). These are deducted from your earnings before payout.

  • Pass-On Fee Setting: If you enable Pass-On Fee, subscribers see fees added on top of your price. If you keep it off, Nas.io fees are absorbed by you and adjust automatically when you upgrade.

Example: Paid Membership = $10

  • Pass-On Fee enabled since March 1. Upgraded to Pro on Aug 1.

a) Subscribers before March 1

  • Customer pays: $10

  • Nas.io fee: 4.9% ($0.49)

  • You receive: $9.51 (instead of $9.21 previously at 7.9%)

b) Subscribers who joined between March 1 – Aug 1

  • Customer pays: $10 + 7.9% fee + gateway fee ≈ $11.51

  • You receive: $10

c) New signups after Aug 1 (on Pro plan, 4.9% fee)

  • Customer pays: $10 + 4.9% fee + gateway fee ≈ $11.20

  • You receive: $10


⚖️ Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of your first charge after a trial if you forgot to cancel.

  • In extraordinary cases, refund requests can be escalated and will take 7–10 business days for evaluation.

  • Refunds are not granted for:

    • Promotional plans

    • Accounts that have used the features and services

    • Deactivation due to violation of Terms & Conditions

    • No refunds for partial or completed billing periods.

💭 FAQs

Q1: What happens after my trial or promotional period ends?

Your subscription will automatically renew based on the plan and billing cycle you selected. You can change or cancel your plan anytime in Dashboard → Settings → Plan & Billing.

Q2: Can I switch plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade/downgrade anytime from your settings. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades take effect before your next renewal.

Q3: Do I get a refund if I cancel?

You’re responsible for canceling before renewal. Refunds are auto‑approved if you cancel within 48 hours of being charged. For tech issues or extraordinary cases, email help@nas.io with details—we’ll review within 7–10 business days.

Q4: Where can I see my next billing date?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Plan & Billing.

Q5: If I cancel my free membership to Nas.io Business Creators or Pro Community, does that cancel my Pro/Platinum plan?

No. Canceling these free memberships only removes access to extra resources and educational support. To cancel your paid plan, you must go to Dashboard → Settings → Plan & Billing.

Q6: What payment gateways are supported for selling products?

For processing payments on the products you sell (memberships, events, digital goods), we use Stripe globally. Local gateways are also available: Razorpay (India), Xendit (Philippines & Indonesia), and Ebanx (Latin America).

Note: These gateways are for your business transactions, not for paying your Pro or Platinum subscription fees.

Q7: Can I change my billing frequency (monthly, quarterly, annual)?

Yes. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Plan & Billing and select a new billing frequency.

Q8: What happens if my payment fails?

If your subscription payment fails, your account will revert to Trial until you update your payment method and successfully renew.
