Product name
Description
Options (for example: Size, Color, or Variant)
Price
Inventory
Shipping fee
Estimated delivery time

If your product has variations (such as different sizes or colors), you can create multiple product options and set the price or inventory for each option combination.

📋 Collect Additional Information (Optional)
You can choose to collect extra information from customers during checkout.
This allows you to:
• Require a phone number for delivery
• Collect special instructions (e.g. delivery notes)
• Ask custom questions (e.g. personalization details, preferences)
To set this up:
1. Click Collect additional info
2. Enable or disable commonly used fields (such as email, full name, delivery address, phone number)
3. Add custom questions if needed
4. Click Save
These fields will appear during checkout, and customers must complete any required fields before placing their order. Missing required information will prevent checkout.

🚚 Step 4: Shipping Configuration
You can now configure shipping fees and delivery times based on your customer’s location.
Location-Based Shipping
Instead of setting a single shipping fee, you can define different shipping settings for different locations.
You can:
Set shipping fees by country and subdivision (state/province)
Assign different delivery times per location
Add multiple locations with different pricing
For example, you can set different shipping fees within the same country:
United States (California): $5 shipping, 5 days delivery
United States (New York): $10 shipping, 10 days delivery
To configure this:
Click Add location
Select the country and subdivision (state/province)
Set the shipping fee and delivery time
Each location will appear as a separate configuration.

International Shipping (Global Setup)
You can also enable international shipping.
This allows you to:
Ship to all countries by default
Exclude specific countries or regions
This works in reverse:
Instead of selecting where you ship, you define where you do not ship

How Shipping Rules Are Applied
If you set multiple shipping configurations, the system will follow this priority:
Specific location settings (country or state)
International shipping rules
Excluded locations will not be supported
Unsupported Locations
If a customer enters a delivery address outside your configured locations:
They will see a message that the product cannot be shipped to their location
They will not be able to complete checkout
💡 Tip:
Make sure your shipping settings cover all the locations you want to sell to, to avoid failed checkouts.
💰 Pricing and Membership Access
Physical products on Nas.com use a single pricing model.
Unlike digital products, physical products do not support different prices for different business membership tiers. All buyers will see the same product price.
However, physical products still follow the membership structure of your business.
How Membership Access Works
When a customer purchases a physical product, the platform checks your business membership tiers.
If your business has a free membership tier, the buyer will be enrolled in that tier before completing the purchase.
If the free tier includes membership questions, the buyer must complete those questions before they can proceed to checkout.
If your business only has paid membership tiers, the buyer must purchase the membership before buying the product.
Recommended Setup
For the smoothest purchasing experience, it is recommended to create a simple free membership tier with:
No approval required
No additional membership questions
This allows buyers to proceed directly to checkout without extra steps, making it easier for customers to purchase your product.
🤖 Step 5: Review AI-Generated Product Information
After completing the product details, click Continue, then review the images and video that will appear on your product page. You can:
Review the product photo you uploaded earlier
Upload additional product images
Click Create once done.
These visuals help customers better understand your product before purchasing.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Can I edit a product after publishing?
Yes. You can update product details, images, inventory, and pricing at any time.
Q. Do I need professional photos to create a product?
No. You can start with a simple photo. Nas.com AI can help generate product information and visuals.
Q. How many physical products can I create?
The number of products you can create depends on your Nas.com plan.
Basic plan: Up to 5 total products (combined physical and digital products)
Pro plan: Unlimited products
Platinum plan: Unlimited products
This limit applies to the total number of products in your business, not just physical products.
Q. How should I set shipping fees?
You can configure shipping in two ways:
Set a flat shipping fee for all customers, or
Use location-based shipping to define different fees and delivery times by country or region
If you use location-based shipping, customers will only be able to checkout if their delivery address is supported.
💡 Tip: Always review your shipping coverage to avoid blocking potential customers from purchasing.
Q. Can I set different prices for different business membership tiers?
No. Physical products use a single pricing model, meaning the same price applies to all business membership tiers.
You can set different prices based on product options, such as quantity or variations (for example: 1 pack vs 10 packs), but not by business membership tier.
Q. Do customers need to join my business membership before purchasing?
Physical products follow your business’s membership structure.
If your business has a free membership tier, buyers will be enrolled in that tier before completing the purchase.
If the free tier includes membership questions, buyers must complete those questions before proceeding to checkout.
If your business only has paid tiers, buyers must purchase the membership before buying the product.
For the smoothest purchasing experience, it is recommended to keep a simple free tier with no approval or additional questions.
