To update your personal details on Nas.io, follow these steps:
Log in
- Ensure you are logged into your Nas.io account with the correct credentials.
Access Profile Settings
- Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the page.
- Select "Profile Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Update Personal Information:
Click on Edit Profile to edit the following and make sure to click save:
First & Last name
Phone Number
Country
Bio
Click on Update Links to update your social media links
Click on Change Password if you want to change/update your password.
Make sure to Save Changes
Note: You cannot change your email address directly. If you need to update your email address, please contact our support team at help@nas.io. We can assist you with updating your email and merging accounts if needed.
