Where can I find my referral link?
To find your referral link:
Go to the Referral page in your Community Manager Portal.
Make sure you are logged in as Community Manager to ensure you will get routed to your referral link inside the portal.

Once you have your referral link, you can share the link with your friends, start creating a community under your referral link and experience its benefits.
It's as simple as that! All the information about the referral program can be found on the Referral page, so make sure to check it out.
Your referral code and link will be auto-generated and will be unique to your account/profile.
Can I change my referral link?
No. You will not be able to change your referral link as it will cause inaccuracy in analytic tracking. Please reach out to us at hello@nas.io if you have any issues with your referral link.
How can I track my referral earning?
You can track your referral link visits, how many communities have been created via your referral link, and your referral earnings, all directly on the referral page of your community manager portal.
What are the referral statistics I can track?
You can currently track it in your community manager portal:
Referral link visits: The number of times your referral link has been visited (not unique)
Total referrals: The number of communities that are created using your referral link
This month's referral earning: This represents the sum (in USD) you've accrued from all communities you've referred, provided they generate revenue during this month. For each community you've referred that monetizes its platform, you'll receive 2.5% of their revenue for a duration of 6 months from the community's start date.
Total referral earning: The lifetime amount (in USD) you have earned from all referred communities if they generate revenue
Individual list of communities created via your referral link and the amount (in USD) of referral earnings you have made from each (only if the community generates revenue)
All statistics will be updated every 24 hours.
How and when can I get my earning payout?
Your referral earnings will now be processed upon request. To initiate the processing of your referral earnings, simply reach out to our finance team at finance@nas.io.
Payouts will be sent to the same bank account that was set up in the payout page for your community. If you want to be paid differently, please reach out, and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
❗Please note that only email address registered as community owner can set up bank details for their community.
If you are not the community owner And/Or the bank account details set up for the community is under the community owner's name, your referral earnings is expected to be settled internally between you and the community owner.
