Transaction fees include payment-gateway fees and taxes imposed on each transaction made through Nas.io. The fees are decided by the local payment methods that Nas.io support and by government rules in Philippines.
Transaction fees are subjected to the payment method that your member uses to make each purchase in your community. These fees are deducted from your gross revenues before monthly payout is made to you via bank transfer.
Nas.io does not charge any additional transaction fees beside our 8% take rate.

* All digital service transactions are subjected to a 12% Value Added Tax (VAT). Nas.io reserves the rights to adjust the fees if there is a change from government rules and communicate this information to all our community managers in Philippines.
Processing fee for subscription plan: Each subscription plan is subjected to a processing fee of PHP 10/month to maintain the subscription.
We have reduced our Nas.io take rate to 8% (down from 10%), starting from 1st August 2023, for all communities. Your payout for the transactions in August will only be charged 8% nas.io fees. Payment Transaction fees still applies as stated below.
