Business owners can easily check how a customer paid, whether by card, UPI, e-wallet, or any supported local method.
To view this:
Go to Dashboard → Money → Transactions
Click on any transaction to open its details
You will see:
Payment Method Used (e.g., CARD - Visa)
Amount Paid
Fees Applied (gateway + platform)
Net amount you earned
This is useful when:
Verifying a customer’s payment claim
Tracking failed or pending payments
Checking which payment methods are most popular
Sending accurate receipts or confirming purchase methods
🌀 Support Tip:
If the transaction does not appear in Money → Transactions, the payment may have failed or is still processing. Ask the member for a screenshot of their payment attempt and escalate via support.
🚨My customer’s payment failed – what should I do?

📝In Summary
Nas.io lets you accept payments worldwide using credit/debit cards and selected local payment methods.
Credit and debit cards are the only payment methods that support subscriptions and recurring payments on Nas.io. If a member wants to subscribe or pay monthly, they’ll need to use a credit or debit card.
Most local payment methods (such as e-wallets, bank transfers, or cash options) are meant for one-time purchases only, like events, courses, or digital files.
Payment methods do not affect your Nas.io fees or payout schedule. Fees and payouts depend on your plan and region, not on how the customer pays.
All payment details, including the method used, can be checked anytime in Dashboard → Money → Transactions.
