This article will serve as a guide for users on how to book and manage their 1:1 sessions in Nas.io.
Booking 1:1 Session
For community members interested in booking 1-1 sessions, Nas.io provides a seamless experience.
There are 2 ways on how members can book for the 1-1 session.
Product tab in Member's Portal
Members can easily book sessions via the Product tab in the Member's Portal.
Click on the relevant 1-1 session on the available products. It will provide you with the schedule you can plot for the 1-1 session.
Pick the available dates and the time you would like to plot for your 1-1 session. Click on Book button once done.
You will get routed to the checkout page if a 1-1 session you booked is either a paid one or has booking questions.
After a successful payment or booking a free session, you will see a pop-up showing a notification of successful booking along with the details of the 1-1 session you booked.
Community's Public Page
Users can book sessions via the public page, selecting from available dates and time slots. If you are an existing community member, this is the same view you would see.
For non-members, you will be prompted to sign up by filling out your email address and assigning password afterwards.
Once you sign up, you will be directed to the checkout page.
Different checkout flow for Non-members of the community:
For Non-Community members, you will be asked to complete your information by supplying your First and last name, and Phone number.
Aside from that, you will need to answer the booking questions set up by the community manager for the 1-1 session (if there is any).
Depending on the current setup of the community, the checkout flow will vary as follows:

Paid Community with Paid Product Purchase
On this sample page, you can see the breakdown of the charges you are required to pay. If the 1-1 session is inside a paid community, you will also need to pay to register for the community AND the 1-1 session.
Email Communications
Once you successfully book a 1:1 session, you will receive an email confirming the details of your cooked session.

In the event that a community admin/community manager will be updating details of your booking session, you will receive an update via email.

Viewing your 1:1 session
You should be able to view your booked 1:1 sessions by navigating to the Products tab. It will indicate if the product is a 1:1 session, Course, File, E-book, etc.
If it is an upcoming 1:1 session you should also be able to view it in your home tab:
The booking process is streamlined, with clear communication regarding session details, including dates, times, and locations.
Members receive booking confirmations and reminders to ensure a smooth experience.

Can I cancel a 1:1 session I booked for a community?
Can I cancel a 1:1 session I booked for a community?
You may need to reach out to the Admin of the community by replying to the email confirmation you received from your booked 1:1 session so they can cancel it in the portal.
Once it has been canceled by the Community Admin/Community manager, you will receive an email advising about the cancellation.
