[For Community Members] How to Update Your Payment Method and Plan for a Paid Community

Managing your payment plan and methods are essential part of maintaining a smooth subscription experience. Whether you’re updating your card details, switching to a different membership plan, or ensuring that your billing information is up-to-date, knowing how to navigate these changes can save you time and prevent potential interruptions in your service. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to easily change your payment method on Nas.io!

1. Log in to the Member's Portal.
2. Click on your profile icon on the top right side of your screen.
3. Select My Memberships.
4. Click the community that you would like to change/update your payment method/plan.
5. Click the relevant Change button across the option you want to change. You can either change:

  • Current plan (E.g. monthly to annual)

    Note: This will depend on the available payment plan that your community offers

  • Payment Method (Change your card details)

6. Input the details of your new card payment method.

7. Double-check your card details and click Save.
