Managing community membership in Nas.io

Updating your subscription plan is a seamless way to enhance your community experience without worrying that your subscription will expire anytime soon.

Changing a community subscription plan is only possible if the community offers other plans.


1. Log in to the Member's Portal.
2. Click on your profile icon on the top right side of your screen.
3. Select My Memberships.
4. Click the community that you would like to change your subscription plan.
5. Click Change button beside Current plan.

Note: The available plans that will appear on your end will depend on the community's current plans. For example, if a yearly plan doesn't appear, it may mean that the community doesn't offer yearly subscription.

6. Click your preferred new subscription plan and select Confirm.

7. "Membership plan changed" notification will appear if your change of plan is successful.



To unsubscribe and cancel a paid membership

1. On your web browser, log into your Nas.io Member portal Account and click on your profile icon on the right side of the screen.

2. Click on My Memberships.

3. Choose the community you'd like to unsubscribe to and click on the three dots.
4. Click Cancel membership to complete the process.

Note: Your membership benefits will continue until the end of the subscription plan's billing cycle.
