🔥 Quick Summary
Members do not need to create a new account to access your purchase. When you buy a product (course, challenge, etc.) or join a business community, Nas.io automatically creates an account for you.
Your Account = Your Digital Locker. This is where your purchase is stored safely so you can access it anytime.
Your Login ID: It is the exact email address you used at checkout.
Your Password: You don't need one! You can log in via a secure code (OTP) sent to your email.
📲 How to Log In & Access Your Stuff
Since you didn't create a password during checkout, you will use a One-Time Password (OTP).
Steps to Access:
Go to the Nas.io Login Page.
Enter the same email address you used to buy the product.
Select "Log in with OTP".
Check your email for the 6-digit code and enter it.
Note: If you try to "Sign Up" again with the same email, the system will tell you an account already exists. Just switch to "Log In."
💡 Did you just make a purchase? You don't need to Sign Up!
Your account was automatically created and linked to your email the moment your payment went through. To access your new products, simply click Log In.
📦 Where Your Purchases Are Stored
Once you log in, you will land on your Member Portal. This is your personal library.
For Business Communities you are a member of: Look for the business community name in the sidebar or homepage.
For Courses/Challenges: Click on the specific business community courses/challenges to find your "Classroom" or "Challenge" tab.
For Events: Check the "Events" or "Calendar" tab inside the business community.
⚠️ Troubleshooting: "I Can't Find My Purchase"
If your dashboard appears empty, you may be logged in with a different email or viewing a different business community. Try switching between communities in your profile, or log out and sign back in using another email address.
Common Email Address Mismatches:
Apple Pay / Google Pay: You paid with your phone, which often uses a hidden email (e.g., xyz@privaterelay.appleid.com). If you log in with your real email, the locker will be empty.
Different Emails: You bought with your Personal email but logged in with your Work email.
Typos: You accidentally typed gmai.com at checkout.
Solution: Check your email inbox for the Receipt. The email address that received the receipt is the one you must use to log in.
📝 In Summary
No Sign-Up Needed: Your account was automatically created the moment you made a purchase. You do not need to register again.
Easy Login: Access your account using the exact email you used at checkout and a secure One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your inbox.
Centralized Access: All your courses, challenges, and memberships are stored safely in your Member Portal.
Troubleshooting: If your dashboard is empty, check your purchase receipt. You likely used a different email address (like an Apple Relay ID or work email) during checkout.
