Purchasing Bulk Tickets in Nas.io Events

Members have now the option to purchase multiple tickets using one Nas.io account only!

Note: Purchasing of bulk tickets is only allowed if the Community Manager (CM) enabled this feature on his/her event.

After logging in to the Member's portal, go to Events tab and select the the event you would like to participate in.

Or, as long as you have the community event's link, you can still proceed to purchase tickets even if you don't have an account yet in Nas.io.


Checkout Page

Members can choose the number of tickets they wish to purchase on the event product page and at checkout.

After selecting the desired number of tickets, proceed to the payment option and settle accordingly.


Cancellations and Refunds

If the member cancels attendance, all the tickets associated with him/her will be marked as not going. Member still needs to request a refund separately after cancelling attendance. Kindly coordinate with the community manager for the refund request. Moreover, partial refunds are not supported.

All the tickets purchased under the member will be refunded after the community manager submitted an official refund request ticket.
