What are the fees for using Nas.io?
Nas.io charges two types of fees for every successful transaction:
Nas.io Processing Fee: This fee is a percentage of the transaction amount and varies based on your account type (Basic, Pro or Platinum).
Payment Processing Fee: Payment processing fees vary depending on the processor used for your transaction. Each community has its own payment processing fees, which are influenced by the country where the community is based.

These fees are a necessary part of using the platform for processing transactions and maintaining a secure payment environment.
However, you have the option to pass on the fees to your community members or absorb them yourself. If you’d like to pass the fees on to your members, you can follow our step-by-step guidelines to learn how to do so.

Unfortunately, these changes are not retroactive and new fee structure for Pro users is only applicable for transactions on May 1, 2025 onwards.
