📍 How to View Your Transaction History
You can check your payment records anytime to verify a charge or check a date.
Steps:
Log in to Nas.io.
Click your Profile Icon (top right) → Settings.
Click Memberships → Select the membership billing you want to view.
Select the Billing History tab.
What you will see:

Receipt & Invoice Number
Description
Payment Method
Amount Paid
📥 I Need a PDF Invoice for Reimbursement
If you are expensing a purchase to your company or need a tax receipt, the digital history view might not be enough.
Because Nas.io generates invoices on behalf of the business owner, you must request the file from the business owner directly.
How to contact the Manager:
Go to the Business Home page.
Click on the Creator/Admin’s profile.
Send them a direct message or use the "Contact" button (if available).
🚨 What if the Business Owner Doesn't Reply?
If you have requested a refund and the business owner has not replied within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3–5 business days), Nas.io Support can assist.
When to escalate to Nas.io:
You have already messaged the owner and waited 3+ days.
The product was not delivered (e.g., empty course, cancelled event).
You were double-charged due to a technical error.
How to escalate: Email help@nas.io with:
Screenshots of your attempt to contact the owner.
Your transaction details (Date/Amount).
The specific issue.
Note: We cannot override a business owner’s "No Refund" policy if the product was delivered as described. We intervene primarily for non-delivery or unresponsive owners.
