The Physical Products feature expands Nas.io into e-commerce, allowing sellers to list and promote real products.

Watch this short demo to see how physical products can be created and sold on Nas.io.

Note: This feature is currently in beta and available only to selected testers.

โš ๏ธ Feature Status: Beta Access Only

โ—๏ธImportant

The Physical Products feature is not fully released yet.

  • The feature is currently in beta

  • It is available only to selected beta testers

  • The official public release is planned for the 3rd week of March

Because the feature is still in beta:

  • Some capabilities are still being developed

  • Some integrations are not yet available

  • The experience may change as improvements are released

If you do not see this feature in your dashboard, it means your account does not yet have beta access.

๐Ÿ›๏ธ What You Can Do with Physical Products on Nas.io

Beta users can use Nas.io to:

  • Create product pages for physical goods

  • Sell products online

  • Accept payments from customers

  • Promote products using Nas.io marketing tools

  • View product purchases and customer order details inside the Nas.io portal (shipping and fulfillment must be handled separately by the seller).

Nas.io provides tools for store setup, payments, and marketing in one platform.

๐Ÿงพ Product Pages

You can create dedicated pages for your products. Each product can include:

  • Product images

  • Product descriptions

  • Pricing

  • Checkout functionality

Each product receives its own landing page. During the beta period, there is currently no limit to the number of products you can list.

๐Ÿ’ณ Payments

Nas.io handles payment processing. Customers can pay using:

  • Credit cards

  • Debit cards

Customers do not need to join a community before purchasing. Nas.io provides a unified checkout, allowing customers to purchase a product without needing to join first.

๐Ÿ“ข Marketing Tools

Nas.io provides built-in marketing tools to help you find customers and promote your products online. These tools include:

Magic Ads โ€“ Helps you create and run advertising campaigns to promote your product on social media.

Magic Leads โ€“ Helps you discover potential customers who may be interested in your product.

Magic Reach โ€“ Helps you send outreach messages to potential customers.

Magic Content โ€“ Generates AI marketing creatives (images or videos) that can be used for ads.

๐Ÿ“ข Nas.io Tips:

If you run ads using Nas.io tools, you can target specific locations. You can target ads by:

  • Country

  • City

This helps limit orders to regions where you can deliver products.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Fees

During the beta period:

  • Nas.io does not take a transaction fee from physical product sales.

Because of this, sellers should include shipping costs within their product pricing.

๐Ÿ“Š Order Management

Orders can be viewed inside the Nas.io dashboard.

The platform currently does not include advanced logistics tools or shipping automation.

๐Ÿ”— Integrations

๐Ÿ›’ Shopify

There is no direct Shopify integration. You can:

  • Manage fulfillment outside of Nas.io

๐Ÿ“š Publishing Platforms

There are currently no integrations with:

  • Amazon KDP

  • IngramSpark

  • Printful

If you sell products related to these services, you must manage fulfillment independently.

๐Ÿ”„ Refunds and Returns

โ“ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q. Does Nas.io handle shipping or delivery?

No. Nas.io does not handle shipping, delivery, or logistics.

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Shipping products

  • Order fulfillment

  • Delivery timelines

  • Managing returns

Nas.io currently only handles product pages, payments, and marketing tools.

Q. How do I ship my products to customers?

Shipping must be handled outside of Nas.io.

You can ship orders using your preferred method, such as:

  • Local courier services

  • Postal services

  • Third-party logistics providers

Once you receive an order in your Nas.io portal, you will need to arrange shipping manually.

Q. Can customers track shipping through Nas.io?

No. Nas.io does not currently provide shipping tracking.

You can view customer order details in your Nas.io portal, but shipping updates and tracking must be handled separately.

Q. Should I include shipping costs in my product price?

Yes.

Since Nas.io does not yet support automatic shipping rate calculations, sellers should include shipping costs in the product price or manage shipping fees separately.

Q. Can I restrict orders to certain countries?

Yes.

If you use Nas.io marketing tools such as Magic Ads, you can target ads by:

  • Country

  • City

This helps limit orders to locations where you can deliver your products.

Q. Can I use dropshipping or print-on-demand?

Yes, but these are not integrated yet.

You must handle them manually, including:

  • Placing supplier orders

  • Managing fulfillment outside Nas.io

Q. What happens when I receive an order?

When a customer buys a product:

  1. The order will appear in your Nas.io portal.

  2. You can view the customer and purchase details.

  3. You must arrange shipping and fulfillment yourself.

Yes.

Refunds can be processed inside Nas.io.

Nas.io only processes the payment refund.

Q. Why don't I see the Physical Products feature in my dashboard?

The Physical Products feature is currently in beta.

It is available only to selected beta testers.

If you do not see the feature yet, your account does not currently have access.

The public release is expected in the 3rd week of March.

Q. What happens if a package is lost, delayed, or damaged?

Shipping issues such as lost, delayed, or damaged packages must be handled by the seller, not Nas.io.

  • Resolving delivery issues

  • Communicating with customers about shipping updates

Nas.io only provides the platform for product sales and payment processing.

Q. Does Nas.io take a commission from physical product sales?

During the beta period, Nas.io does not take a transaction fee from physical product sales.
