What is Magic Reach?

Magic Reach is a tool on Nas.io that allows you to send bulk messages to your community members quickly and easily. It’s similar to email marketing but designed specifically for community managers, making it simple and effective for engaging your audience across multiple channels — all from your phone.


Channels You Can Use

With Magic Reach, you can send messages through:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp Direct Message (DM)

  • Community Feed Post

These options make it easy to communicate with your members on their preferred platforms.


How Does Magic Reach Help You?

Magic Reach is perfect for:

  • Event Announcements: Share event details with targeted members.

  • Re-engagement: Reach out to inactive members and bring them back into the fold.

Walkthrough

📍How to Send Magic Reach Messages via the Web

  1. Log in to your Nas.io Community Dashboard.

  2. Go to the Marketing tab and click on Magic Reach.

  3. Click + New Message to start composing your message.

  4. Select your audience:

    • Members

    • Leads

    • Invited

    • Unsubscribed

    • Custom (select from your member list)

  5. Choose your channel:

    1. Email

    2. Feed Post

    3. WhatsApp DM

  6. Write your message and add a subject line.

  7. Click Preview to review your message or send a test email.

  8. Send immediately or schedule it for later.

And you're done! Message sent :)

Note: If you try to close the message you are trying to compose, it will automatically save it as a Draft message. You can get back to editing them on the Drafts tab.

How to Send Magic Reach Messages via the Nas.io Mobile App

  1. Log in to your Community Dashboard via Nas.io Mobile App

  2. Go to the Manage tab and click on Magic Reach.

  3. Click + New Message (right top side) to start composing your message.

  4. Click edit to select your recipients:

    • Members

    • Leads

    • Invited

    • Unsubscribed

    • Custom (select from your member list)

  5. Click Edit to choose your channel:

  6. Write your message and add a subject line.

  7. Click Preview (eye icon) to review your message or send a test email (3 dots icon).

  8. Send immediately or schedule it for later.


How WhatsApp Direct Message Works

For WhatsApp Direct Messages:

  • You need to collect phone numbers from your members.

  • Enable phone collection in the Member Access. You can set this up via web or mobile app:

    • Web: Settings > Member Access

    • Mobile App: Manage > Settings > Member Access

  • When sending a WhatsApp message for the first time, members will receive a consent prompt from Nas.io Official WhatsApp Account (green tick verified). Once they approve, your full message will be sent.

  • WhatsApp DMs are one-way messages, so make sure to include instructions on how to contact you if needed.

Note: WhatsApp direct messages can only be sent to your members. As it will require your member's consent, we will first send a short message to your community member. If they agree to read more, your full message will be sent out.
