📺 Here's a detailed walkthrough from our team
📢Which Channel Should I Use?
Use the channel that matches the urgency and purpose of your message.
Best for: Longer updates like newsletters, tutorials, or announcements.
Why: It is professional, non-intrusive, and stays in the inbox until members are ready to read it.
Cost: Free.
📱 WhatsApp Direct Message
Best for: Urgent, time-sensitive messages like event reminders or last-call updates.
Why: Messages are delivered as phone notifications and get high attention.
Cost: Uses credits (see pricing below). Use sparingly.
📰 Community Feed Post
Best for: Engagement and discussion.
Why: Feed posts are public inside your community. Unlike private messages, they allow members to like, comment, and discuss together.
Cost: Free.
🤔 How Do You Choose the Right Setup?
🌱 If your business is in the Early Stages:
Start with Feed Posts: Make this your primary hub to keep content centralized and searchable.
Email Occasionally: Save this for "Big News" only to avoid unsubscribes.
Focus on Clarity: One clear, high-value update is better than five filler posts.
🚀 If your business is in the stages of Scaling Operations:
Combine Feed + Email: Use both simultaneously to ensure 100% visibility for critical updates.
Add WhatsApp for Urgency: Use it strictly for Event Reminders ("Starting in 10 mins!") and Sales Closing ("Price ends tonight").
Segment Audiences: Create separate groups to distinguish VIP/Paid Members from Leads.

⚠️ Why a Message Might Fail
If a message shows as "Failed" or "Undelivered," it is usually due to one of these reasons:
1. Missing or Invalid Contact Info
Email typos (e.g., gmil.com) or full inboxes.
No phone number provided, or the number is not a valid WhatsApp account.
2. Member Opted Out
If a member explicitly clicked "Unsubscribe" on a previous marketing email, they cannot be re-messaged via email.
3. Spam Filtering
Aggressive wording, excessive CAPS, or spam-trigger phrases (e.g., "FREE MONEY") may block delivery.
4. Security Restrictions
Messages containing suspicious or unsafe links may be stopped automatically by our safety system.
🛡️ Content & Safety Guidelines
To protect deliverability for all communities, Magic Reach enforces strict content rules. Violations may result in account restrictions.
🚫 Do not request sensitive information (passwords, credit card details).
🚫 Do not impersonate Nas.io, WhatsApp, or other major brands.
🚫 Avoid misleading subject lines meant to create panic.
✅ Use full links instead of link shorteners (like bit.ly) to avoid spam flags.
✅ Keep messages focused with one clear call-to-action.
