What is Magic Reach?
Did you know that the most successful businesses in the world use email to talk to their audiences?
To email so many people at once, these businesses use software designed to send out emails in bulk... by the millions!
It might seem old-fashioned, but people still use email and it's still the best way to communicate with the people you need to reach.
And the same is true for communities.
Enter Magic Reach, an all-new way to contact your community members so that you know you're reaching them. It's like the software those big brands use, but designed specifically for community management (it's clean, simple, and easy to use!).
Here's how it works 👇
Write your message and choose the audience you want to send it to.
The message will first be sent as an email.
If the email isn't opened, Magic Reach will know.
It will then find the best way to send your message to make sure it's opened and read (usually on the member's preferred chat platform).
Walkthrough
Go to your Manager portal and click on the Magic Reach tab.
2. Click on Compose Message > Select Audience
3. Choose the people who will get your message. You have the following options:
Members: All members of your community.
Interested: People who showed interest in your community but didn't finish signing up.
Invited: People whom you have invited to join your community through Invite button on the Members tab
Selected Audience: choose to message only certain users by ticking the check boxes across the name of the users you would like to send a message to.
4. Click on the option you choose to send your message through
Note: WhatsApp direct messages can only be sent to your members.
As it will require your member's consent, we will first send a short message to your community member. If they agree to read more, your full message will be sent out.
5. Type your message in the box and include a subject line.
6. You can click on Preview. You can see the Email preview and may Send Test Email. Once you're satisfied with your message, you can send it to your selected audiences by hitting the send button.
And you're done! Message sent :)
Note: If you try to close the message you are trying to compose, it will automatically save it as a Draft message. You can get back to editing them on the Drafts tab.

To view the status of your sent Magic Reach messages, hover your mouse on the bottom right part to reveal the view button
