Setting up subscription
You can set up a membership and a price in the Member access tab
Currently we only support a monthly price for subscription.
Setting up annual and quarterly subscription interval is in Beta. Refer to this article if you want to set up other intervals for subscription.
Managing payment
You can review all transactions in the Money tab
You can manage your payout bank details in the Payout tab on the Settings page
Managing subscription renewal
You can view the list of all subscriptions and the billing cycles in the Members tab.
Click on each row in the table to see the member's subscription record.
Cancelation and refund
Members can cancel their subscription any time and their subscription will terminate at the end of the current cycle. They will no longer be charged in the next cycle.
We do not support refund on Nas.io in general but we do look at refund request on a case-by-case basis.
All refund requests must be arranged between the member and the community creator/manager. This will be subjected to approval by Community Creator/Manager.

Removing members
You can cancel any member by clicking on the member record in the Members tab.
Click Remove member to proceed.
