⭐ What Does “Canceling Membership” Mean?

  • Cancelling membership unsubscribes you from one business community. It doesn’t affect other business communities you belong to or your Nas.io Pro/Platinum subscription (if you have one).

  • If you were on a paid membership, you won’t be charged again once the current billing cycle ends but you’ll still enjoy access until then.

  • If you’re subscribed to a free community, cancellation simply removes you immediately.

🛠️ How to Unsubscribe (Paid or Free Community)

  1. Log in to your Nas.io Member Portal.

  2. Click your profile icon (top-right).

  3. Go to My Memberships.

  4. Find the business community you want to leave.

  5. Click the ⋮ (three dots) menu → Cancel membership.



⏳ What Happens After Cancellation?

  • Paid membership - You keep benefits until the end of the billing period. No new charges afterwards.

  • Free membership - You lose access immediately. Your membership record will be updated; you can rejoin if allowed by the business community.
