If you are on this page, then you must be thinking of accepting your Community's Challenge or you are already in it🥳

Here's a quick guide on how you can navigate through the Challenges tab on your phone.

  • Once you are logged in to the Nas.io App, you should be able to see the Challenges in the Challenge tab. You can see the status "Joined" if you joined the challenge or may see the price of a paid challenge if you haven't registered for that one yet.

  • For the challenge where you are registered, you will see a countdown when the challenge hasn't started yet. The checkpoints will be open once the challenge started.

  • You have the option to invite a friend and join you in the challenge you are in while waiting for the challenge to start or join chat if the community manager sets up a chat group for this specific challenge.

Note: The person you will invite to the challenge may need to pay for the Community Subscription fee if it's a paid community and pay for the Challenge Product fee if it is a paid Challenge.

  • Once the challenge starts/ongoing, you can see the available checkpoints you can open. Once you click on the 1st checkpoint, you should see the list of things you are required to do to complete the checkpoint.

    E.g. (Fitness Challenge Sample)

    • Depending on the requirements that will be set for each checkpoint, you may be required to watch a video, submit a file, or fill out a form.

  • You will also have the option to edit your submission by clicking on the relevant checkpoint submission you want to edit > Click on View Submission. You should see the details you previously submitted.

  • Click on Edit Submission and hit save once done. You will see a notification stating that your submission has been saved on the top of the page.

  • Once you have completed all the requirements for a checkpoint, you should see this notification:

  • Keep on submitting the required information and complete goals as you move on to the next checkpoint until you reach the final checkpoint.

  • You will see the status of the challenge once you have completed it, like this:

Please note: The completion of a community challenge can vary based on how it's structured. It may differ depending on whether the challenge aims to declare a winner at the end of a challenge OR if the goal is for everyone to successfully complete all the checkpoints.
